Good morning.
Namaste everybody.
Thanks for joining today.
Are we ready to begin our day in a beautiful state of sort of concentration and meditation,
Right?
So I have a question for you guys.
So do you know what your life's.
.
.
I don't want to say passion is because that's not the right word,
But do you know.
.
.
Do you have a sense of what it is you are supposed to be doing with your life?
That's a seriously hard question if you're first thing in the morning,
Right?
But here's the thing.
I wanted to talk about truth and I wanted to tell you guys my truth.
When I was a kid I was.
.
.
I had some interesting things happening,
You know,
Regarding spirits and all that kind of stuff.
And I was kind of led to believe that it was all of Satan,
Right?
So I thought something was really wrong with me.
I thought I was a really bad person and that something was wrong with me.
Why would these things be happening to me if it was like,
You know,
Bad and like negative and all that stuff?
And it never felt negative,
Right?
All throughout my early life and it continued through my early adulthood.
Then around,
I don't know,
Middle-aged,
I'm gonna say when,
But all of a sudden I started studying.
I started studying and I realized that it wasn't.
.
.
If it.
.
.
There's no way that this positive feeling that I was feeling and these things that were happening to me could be of negativeness.
Oh my gosh,
Is that a right word?
And I started studying more and I started praying and I started,
You know,
Really looking into stuff and I realized what my reality was.
And I realized my truth and I realized what I was supposed to do,
In a sense,
Right?
So I started studying more.
I started developing my gifts,
My gifts of intuition and empathy and clairvoyance,
All of that stuff,
Mediumship,
Right?
And I realized that this was my lot in life.
This is what I was supposed to do with my life.
Be a medium and help people find a little bit of comfort that they were in need of,
Right?
And that's what I want to tell you guys today.
The truth is inside you and if you allow others or other churches or whatever to tell you that it's wrong or it's not right or it's bad,
Sticking with your gut instinct is how you should be in your life,
Right?
And that's how you find your life's work.
That's a big subject and I am so sleepy this morning and I'm sitting here going,
Oh my gosh,
Are people like understanding this?
But the reality is,
Is that that's what we need to focus on in our lives.
Finding our absolute,
First of all,
Finding your passion but finding out what you know,
Like looking deep down in your heart,
Looking deep down in your heart and finding your own personal truth.
And I talk about that a lot,
But finding your own personal truth is how you find your life's work.
And there is nothing more gratifying,
More satisfying than knowing that you are doing what you are supposed to do in this world.
And that can take many,
Many different forms.
It can take many different forms.
It doesn't have to be like my story,
Right?
It can be anything.
It can just be being,
And I shouldn't say I don't mean to minimalize this,
But it could be being the best mom.
It could be anything,
But you need to find your own truth in your throat,
Speaking it,
And in your heart.
And don't let fear stop you.
That's like such a huge thing for me to tell other people is don't allow fear to stop your truth because your truth is what propels you and makes you real in the world and who you are supposed to be.
So today we are going to meditate on truth,
Of course,
Right?
I just wish that for everybody because there's,
I get asked so many times,
What am I supposed to do with my life?
And I can't answer that.
As a psychic I should be able to answer that,
But I can't because it's in your own personal soul and it will come at your own personal time.
So today we are going to,
Like I said,
We're going to meditate on truth,
Our own personal truth,
Okay?
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
Close our eyes whenever you feel comfortable enough to do so.
You can be laying down,
You can sit,
Cross leg,
Feet on the floor,
It doesn't matter,
Whatever makes you the most comfortable.
Let's take a deep breath in through our nose,
Filling up our body with beautiful oxygen,
Nourishing oxygen,
And release.
Very good.
Let's do that again.
Filling up our lungs and our bodies and our cells and our mind,
Everything.
Very good.
So what are you grateful for today?
I know there's got to be at least a couple of things,
Right?
What are you grateful for?
Creating a practice of gratitude every day,
Along with meditation especially,
Can really put your body,
Put your mind in such a great space.
What are you grateful for today?
Every morning I've been waking up at like four o'clock in the morning.
Don't ask me why,
I don't know.
Wake up at four o'clock in the morning and I think,
You know what,
I'm just gonna sit and say some gratitudes,
Some gratefuls.
What am I grateful for?
And it calms me down and allows me to go back to sleep.
So our mantra for today is a Sanskrit mantra,
Sat Chit Ananda.
Truth,
Consciousness,
And bliss.
And if you paid attention to what I was talking about earlier,
You will understand that finding your truth and being in the consciousness of it creates bliss.
And don't we all need some bliss?
We all need truth,
Right?
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
So if you lose the mantra,
Or if you forget it,
That's absolutely okay.
Just bring yourself back to it,
Concentrate on your breathing.
I will keep the time and let's begin.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Sat Chit Ananda.
Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
That felt like we went a little deep,
So let's be very gentle with ourselves.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Let's take a deep breath in through your nose,
Very gently,
And release.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
Very good.
Boy,
That felt like it went deep today.
At least it did for me anyway.
As you continue on through your day,
Speak your truth,
Live your truth,
Live in consciousness,
And you will find that bliss.
You will find who you are supposed to be to the world,
Right?
Thank you for joining today.
Namaste everybody.
Have a beautiful day.
