Let's start by finding a comfortable position,

You can be seated or lying down,

Just sit in a place where your body is allowed to settle.

Let's take a nice deep breath in through your nose and then slowly exhale it out.

Let's do that one more time,

Inhale slowly and deeply,

Feeling every cell in your body.

You are here,

You have arrived in this moment and that in itself is very sacred.

Let's begin by gently bringing your awareness to your breath,

You don't need to change it,

Just notice it,

The rise and the fall of your chest.

Where is the breath in your body?

There's no right or wrong,

Gentle,

Curious attention.

This is the first step in manifestation,

Awareness.

We begin by simply paying attention,

Our thoughts right here,

Right now.

Let yourself arrive even more fully into the moment,

With every exhale relax a little bit further,

Soften a little deeper,

Allow yourself to let go of the to-do lists,

The plans,

The distractions,

They will all be there later,

But this moment,

This moment is just for you.

And now gently bring your attention to your heart space,

Imagine a soft golden or green light just glowing.

This is the center of your truth,

Your soul,

Your sacred compass.

As you breathe into this space,

I invite you to ask yourself quietly,

What am I ready to create in my life?

Don't overthink the answer,

What bubbles up for you?

And now ask yourself,

What intention wants to be born from within me today?

Maybe it's peace,

It might be courage,

Maybe it's clarity or joy or expansion,

Whatever it is,

Trust it.

Moment and hold that intention in your heart,

Feel as if it's already real,

Let it fill your breath,

Let it color your thoughts,

Let it radiate out into your energy field.

Because here's the secret,

Manifestation isn't about forcing or chasing,

It's about aligning.

When your attention is focused on your intention,

Your energy becomes magnetic.

The universe doesn't just hear your words,

It feels your frequency.

So now let's amplify it.

Picture your intention as a glowing light right in front of you,

Like a radiant sun pulsing with possibility.

With every breath,

Imagine it moving closer,

With every inhale,

Draw it within you,

With every exhale,

Release doubt,

Fear,

Or any energy that says you cannot have it.

Inhale receiving the vision,

And exhale releasing resistance.

You don't have to know how,

You only have to hold the what with loving intention,

Attention.

And let spirit take care of the rest.

And now silently or aloud,

Repeat after me,

I place my attention on what lights me up.

I set my intention with clarity and love.

I trust in the unfolding of my manifestation.

I am aligned.

I am guided.

I am magnetic.

Let's take a few more deep breaths here.

Let your body soak in the energy of clarity,

Of creation.

When you're ready,

You can slowly begin to return.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feel the surface beneath you.

Let your eyes open softly.

You are here.

You are powerful.

And what you focus on with love expands.

Thank you for showing up for yourself today.

Your intention is divine,

And your manifestation is already in motion.

When you feel comfortable,

You can come back,

Opening your eyes.
