Let's get in the flow.
So I know that I talk a lot about how manifesting is really working on yourself and how you have to consider your thoughts and your thought patterns.
So I do this because I want you guys to succeed at it,
Right?
I really,
Really dislike it when people that teach manifesting act like there's no self awareness that needs to be involved and they say,
Just click,
Oh this is the bane of my existence,
Just click here and you'll win the lottery tomorrow.
Like if you go on one of the social media platforms and they talk about,
You know,
They talk about just click here and you're gonna like have everything you ever desired.
You can't do that.
It kind of makes me crazy because what happens is that you click there,
You really believe it,
Right?
I mean,
As much as in your brain is going to allow you to believe it and then you don't win the lottery and then you're like,
You know,
And you never learn the lessons.
Oh,
Right.
However,
All right now I've said all that.
Yes,
There's work that needs to be done.
Self-awareness type type lessons that need to be done.
I get that,
Right?
However,
All of that being said,
I really want to focus today on the fun parts of manifesting because there is,
There are fun parts to manifesting.
The parts where we learn to make it easy to change your thoughts and change your thought patterns,
Right?
Because here's the thing,
These fun things that we do,
Which I'm going to get into in a sec,
These fun things that we do allow us to help to change our thought patterns without us realizing we're changing our thought patterns.
So that's what I want to say about that,
Right?
Now here's my thing.
The reason why I want to talk about this is because there's work quote unquote that needs to be done,
But then there's the fun stuff and I want to make sure that we know how to gel it all together,
Right?
Right,
Right.
Okay.
So obviously one of my favorite things to do regarding manifesting is journal.
Oh my gosh,
I was,
And I think I've said this before,
I was never into journaling before.
No,
As a kid I would like write,
Like somebody would buy me a journal or I would buy a journal cause they're pretty,
You know?
And I would like,
I would open the book and I'd write out one thing like I have,
Weirdly enough,
I have one journal,
Like because I have all my old papers and books and stuff,
Right?
So I opened the book and there's like one page written on it and it was the day that my grandfather passed away,
Ironically and weirdly,
Right?
And that's all I wrote.
Like,
You know,
This is really strange.
I don't know.
I have this thing about writing stuff down.
I still do.
I had a thing about writing down my deepest thoughts because then that would make them real,
Right?
You know,
However,
Now journaling has become like,
I don't care if somebody reads it,
Do you know?
Like I just want to express myself.
I want to express my feelings.
Writing,
You know,
First of all,
I always start out with gratitude.
I will always,
Like I'll just start talking about the things I'm grateful for and I'm really good about that.
And the other day I mentioned instead of just one,
Like in the morning,
Just instead of in the morning,
Finding five things that you're grateful for.
Start to find one thing that you're grateful for at,
You know,
Six o'clock in the morning,
Right when you wake up and then find a couple more things at nine o'clock and then at one lunchtime,
Think about a few more things that you're grateful for.
Throughout the day,
Go and like write that or like figure that out.
You can write them down.
You can just have them be.
I find though that when you write it down and you can go back and I know I sound like a broken record again about this.
You write it down and then you can go back and look at it and read it on those bad days because we're all going to have less than grateful times,
Less than good days.
So that's what I love,
Love,
Love about journaling.
And you can just be free to write whatever you want,
Right?
I feel so good today or I feel like crap today.
I'm trying to pull myself out,
Whatever it is,
Whatever it is,
However it lands for you,
Right?
So then my second favorite thing that I love to do,
Actually these are in no particular order,
The fun things.
This is the second of the fun things that you can do,
Right?
Is a vision board.
How and how much fun?
I mean,
Come on,
I'm 56,
Right?
I love the idea of the arts and crafts.
I'm not that great at arts and crafts.
And again,
Don't know where my,
Well,
No,
I do know.
My daughter got her art ability from my husband because he's like,
Hey,
Whatever.
Anyway,
So for me,
Cutting out pictures and cutting out words,
Love that.
Or you go to Pinterest.
I mean,
Seriously,
It's like awesome.
Now,
I will say I don't do vision boards that often.
And I went to an event.
This was a couple of years ago.
I went to an event and said,
Oh,
We're going to create vision boards,
Right?
It just wasn't happening for me.
I was going through these magazines and looking at all this stuff and doing all this stuff.
And I was like,
I'm not vibing with this,
Right?
It was crazy.
And so I just wrote like,
The vision boards were like maybe 11 by 14,
One of those bigger size things.
And I think I wrote meditation.
And that was like it.
You got to feel it.
Don't just do it because you feel like you have to.
Do it because you want to.
Do it because it feels good.
It feels right.
And then,
Okay,
Now,
The last thing regarding fun things of manifesting.
This is sort of a mixture of journaling,
Vision board,
And visualizations.
My favorite thing to do is script.
Oh my gosh,
Seriously.
I love the idea of writing out a whole scenario where I get what I want and I get the whole thing.
I have the whole thing planned out and it's like in the future.
It's just,
You just create a whole vision.
Wow,
I can't believe it.
So Spirit is like,
Go ahead,
Tell them.
I'm like,
Oh my God.
One of my scripting things that I am kind of working on now is,
Wow,
I'm going to say this.
I want to be,
I already am a public speaker.
I get that.
But I want to be,
I want to stand in front of groups of people and I want to motivate people in manifesting.
That's what I really,
Really want to do.
So,
What I do is I will write out a whole scenario.
I'll write out what I have on.
I'll write out what I say right when I first.
I write out what music,
Because you guys know I'm all into the music,
Right?
So I'll write what music is on right before I take the stage.
That's what it is.
Now interestingly,
I'm working on that and things are starting to move forward in that respect.
I mean,
Doing courses and workshops and that sort of thing.
So it's not exactly standing in front of an audience,
Like a live audience,
But you know.
But that's the fun part.
The fun part of it.
So you get to pick what's good for you.
Pick what makes sense for you and do it.
Just do it.
It's fun.
Take it if it's snowing where you are.
You know,
You can print words and stuff out from the computer.
You can do whatever,
Create it however you choose.
And that's the fun part.
I have the best affirmation today.
Let's get ourselves comfortable.
We're going to meditate.
Just for a few minutes.
Okay so close your eyes,
Let's allow ourselves to just sit in this moment.
Be right here right now.
Feeling this present moment.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Release,
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow yourself to feel the joy of this present moment.
Feel it in your heart.
Simply put your hand over your heart so that you can access it.
So that you know.
So that you're always reminded of your heart and the love.
Our mantra,
Our affirmation for today is this.
I am free and open to all possibilities in my life.
Does that hit you between the eyes?
Does me?

I hope that makes you feel that in your heart.
You are allowed.
Oddly I feel like I'm supposed to say this to give you permission.
Sometimes we just need that permission to be free in our minds,
In our thoughts.

Now,
As we have a smile on our face,
As we sit in the stillness for just a few moments,
Feel the love emanating from your heart chakra.
As we repeat the affirmation for a few minutes.
I am free and open to all possibilities in my life.
I am free and open to all possibilities in my life.
And let's take a deep breath in,
Breathing in the possibilities.
Breathe in.
Hold it in your being and release.
Knowing that today we are possibility.
We are possibility.
