Let's breathe in peace and relaxation and joy.
And breathe out the anxiety,
Any stress or any tension that you're feeling throughout your body and your muscles.
Today's meditation is about surrendering and allowing the love to flow freely through us,
All through our bodies.
As we sit in the stillness,
Let's open our hearts and open our souls to that pure,
Unconditional love.
