Let's begin our day with a little bit of happy talk and meditation in this short yet impactful podcast designed to infuse a little bit of positivity into each moment of every day.
Let's get in the flow.
Are you feeling still the effects of the eclipse and the full moon energy?
Are you guys feeling that?
I didn't sleep at all.
I went to,
I went outside and I had written on pieces of paper all the emotions that I wanted to purge,
You know,
From myself,
Right?
So I had these,
There was three and I had all of these,
I had all of these things written on it and I went outside to the fire pit and I burned each one.
But as I burned,
Because they were sticky notes,
Right?
So I burned it and as I was burning it,
I was like,
I release you and I'm letting you go.
Oh my gosh,
It was,
It was amazing.
It felt amazing,
Right?
So I did that,
Right?
So then I go to bed because I did that at like,
Like the full moon and the eclipse was like at one o'clock.
So,
So I went to bed and I did that at like 930 and then I went to bed and then I got up at,
Because then I was worried I wasn't going to hear the alarm or whatever.
So of course I didn't sleep.
So then I go back outside at a quarter till one in the morning because I wanted to feel the effects of the thing and it was freezing.
So I sat out there and I was like,
At first I was like blown away by how beautiful the eclipse was and how amazing it was and the energy in it.
It was just incredible,
Right?
And yeah,
It was just incredible,
Right?
So then I went back to bed and I was like,
Okay,
I'm going to sleep.
Nope.
But we are still feeling these effects.
How do you guys feel?
Do you feel released from the emotions?
Did you purge?
What did you do,
Right?
And you know what?
However that looks for you is what it's supposed to be for you,
Right?
That's what it's supposed to be for you.
Purging those things that do not serve you,
Right?
So now we're in the process of purging,
Right?
But,
Or we did.
And if you didn't do it yet,
That's absolutely okay.
You know,
You can still do it.
We're still sitting in this amazingly beautiful energy,
Right?
But we are still in the process of figuring all this out.
Okay.
But now comes the fun part.
I know,
Right?
So we are going to create an intention for who we want to be for the rest of 2021.
Who do you want to be for yourself?
It could be,
You could be,
You could just want more patience in your life.
You could want to be more loving,
But now is the time to create the intention.
It could be something really,
Really specific,
Right?
Are you ready to rise up within yourself and be who you know you are supposed to be in this world,
Right?
We've got a month and a half,
Almost like a month and a half left in 2021 to prove to ourselves that we can live our lives however we choose,
Right?
You may just want to get more things done.
You may just want to be more productive.
What a great intention that is,
Right?
So if it feels a little overwhelming to you to create a new intention,
That's okay.
We feel the energy of Mother Earth and Father Sky and we make this a game,
Right?
So you make it a game.
Take the pressure off and consider that maybe we don't care what anybody else thinks.
This is just for us,
Right?
So in your dreams,
In your wishes,
Who are you?
What intention can you set for yourself that is fun and that something that you can create for yourself?
What can you create?
I love taking the pressure off when we say,
Oh,
Let's create an intention or let's do this or let's do that.
You know,
It's supposed to be fun.
It's not supposed to be difficult or time consuming or stressful,
Right?
To figure it out.
Whatever comes naturally to you.
Just being who I choose to be or who you choose to be in the present moment,
Regardless of what anybody thinks or anybody else feels,
It's about you.
It's about you.
Let's get ourselves comfortable because let's meditate on this just for a few minutes.
Okay,
So let's close our eyes.
Let's take a nice,
Beautiful,
Purging,
Deep cleansing breath in.
Breathe in really slow and gently.
And release.
Perfect.
Very good.
Feeling that energy.
Allowing yourself to feel however you're supposed to feel.
However spirit has you feeling is the way it's supposed to be.
So what are you grateful for this morning?
What are you absolutely grateful for?
It could be the energy of this full moon eclipse.
It could be.
It could be the joy in your life.
It could be the fact that that there is a holiday coming up that you love.
Could be family.
Perfect.
Okay,
So our affirmation that we're going to sit in the stillness for today is this.
Today,
I give myself permission to be me.
I will keep the time.
We're only going to sit for a few minutes.
So just repeat the affirmation to yourself and allow all those feelings to come up.
