Welcome to this class where we will give some gratitude,
Massage,
And relief for our feet.
Our feet are always carrying the weight of our body and they have always walked us through every step in our lives.
So giving a massage and some relief to our feet is also a way to give gratitude for all the spaces and the places we have traveled.
So you don't actually need a mat.
We're going to start with the right leg forward and the left leg on top.
I want you to,
I call it zipper,
To zipper your toes and your fingers.
So you're putting a finger between every toe.
The ankle of the left foot is outside of the right thigh and we're gonna start the circling the ankle.
The foot is not doing any effort.
The circle comes from the movement of the hand,
Choosing one side and then the other.
Switching between sides if you need to readjust the fingers inside of the toes you can do that And really focus on your breath.
We're going to take three more breaths here.
As you exhale,
Try to separate the fingers a little bit more on the toes and bring them back together.
Separate the fingers as much as you can inside of the toes in between them and bring them together.
Two more times.
One more.
Start pointing and flexing your foot.
We'll be here just two more breaths.
Breathe out release the fingers from the toes bring your hands to the feet to the soles of the feet and the top of the foot and start creating some heat rubbing the toes rubbing the sole of the foot Take one more breath and as you exhale with the thumbs.
Start to do a little massage.
There's no right or wrong way to do it.
Let the felt sense of your body and what it needs just guide you.
Don't forget to go into the heel.
And as you massage your toes and all the foot Take a moment to give gratitude to your foot,
To your left foot.
For all the places it has taken you,
For all the magical sceneries it has taken you to watch.
Or the mountains,
The beaches,
The cities you have crossed with this.
Foot with these toes.
And also doing a little prayer to your foot so that it can keep walking you,
Carrying you in all the most beautiful,
Safe,
Magical places.
For the greatest good of your heart,
Your soul,
Your body,
For the expansion of your heart,
Your soul,
Your body.
Let's bring one hand on the sole of the foot,
The other one on top.
Just giving gratitude to our leg,
Our foot.
And exhale bring it forward doing some circles just with the left ankle Take a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
Let's switch side.
Bring in the right foot on top of the left.
The ankle is outside of the thigh.
Entrelates,
Toes and fingers of the left hand.
And start doing circles with your ankle but the hand is the one that's guiding the circle.
My foot is totally relaxed.
Going one way and the other.
If you feel like it you can close the eyes and feel the sensations on the right foot.
We'll take three more breaths,
Doing these circles.
Take a deep exhale,
Stopping the movement.
We're going to try and separate the fingers,
Opening the toes.
And as you exhale,
You relax them.
Let's do two more times.
Inhale,
Separate the.
.
.
Fingers inside the toes,
Relax them one more time.
Start pointing and flexing the right foot.
For one more breath Deep sigh,
Bring your hands to the top and the sole of the foot and start rubbing your toes.
All the food bringing heat into the leg wherever it feels cooler.
And as you exhale,
Bring a little bit more of the sole of the foot on the thigh so you can start pressing and massaging.
Again.
Let your intuition,
The felt sense of what your body needs now guide you.
Might need some pressing,
It might need some rubbing.
Connect with your breath,
With your right foot,
With the right toes.
Ah.
The right heel.
And just take a moment to reflect all the beautiful places this right foot has taken you.
All the beautiful walks and jogs.
The height.
Just giving gratitude to your right foot for all the steps.
She has given.

Bringing one hand to the sole of the foot,
The other on top.
Blessing your right foot.
So that it may keep walking you in safe beautiful magical places.
For the expansion of your heart,
Your mind,
Your body and your soul.
Cricket in,
Exhale,
Release the foot,
Bring the hands back,
Right leg will come forward and start opening and closing the right foot towards the side.
Doing circles with both ankles one way and the other.
Take one more deep breath.
Exhale.
We're going to come do our last posture,
Lying down.
So lie down.
Comfortably on the mat bring the legs up Plant the hands to the side.
If you are close to the wall,
You can rest the legs on the wall.
If not,
Just stay here for around five more breaths.
Deep exhale,
Knees to the chest.
A little bit of circles with the knees one way and then the other.
Hugging the knees to the chest,
Holding them from behind.
A little bit of rolls back and forward sitting back up Crossing the legs,
Rubbing our hands together,
Creating hits.
Bringing our hands to our knees or our feet,
Your feet.
And again giving gratitude.
For your path or the path that is behind you.
The steps you're going to give today.
And the unknown steps that are coming in the future.
Just blessing your path.
Blessing the steps you have taken on this earth.
May every step be in connection with love,
With gratitude.
And with reverence to all being.
