Hello and welcome to Laura Powers New Moon Meditation.
Today we're going to harness the power and energy of the New Moon.
This is an incredible time to set intentions and plant seeds for what you want to create moving forward in your future.
As we get started,
I'd like to invite our angels and spirit guides who can assist and guide us during this meditation.
In particular,
I'd like to call on Archangel Haniel,
Archangel Michael,
And Archangel Jophiel.
So just get in a nice comfortable position.
Focus on your breath,
Breathing easily in and easily out.
There's nothing that you need to do right now aside from being present in this moment.
You are completely guided and supported in your work and meditation today.
As you focus on your breath,
You start to feel more relaxed,
More easy,
And more free.
All of the worries of the day and stresses melt away.
You find it so easy to be here in the present moment.
You love and are loved by the universe.
Now that you are feeling calm and present,
Take a moment to think about the big goals,
Dreams and visions that you have for your life.
Do not judge these dreams and visions,
But rather just take a moment for them to come in.
These dreams,
Visions and goals may be big or they may be small.
And in a way,
There are no big or small goals and visions in the energy of the universe.
As you focus on them,
Ask your angels and spirit guides to bless those dreams and visions that are for your highest good and help bring them towards you.
Vision a timeline.
Think of when these things,
These visions,
These goals,
These dreams that you have are on the timeline.
They may be happening for you next week,
Next month,
Next year,
Or 10 years from now.
Now visualize these goals and visions one by one being put in a beautiful gift box.
It's gold with beautiful red ribbon and it's a very large box,
But also very magical.
These goals,
Dreams and visions for yourself placed into that box one by one.
Go through each dream and vision that you have for yourself.
Make sure that they're in that box.
And when they're all in there,
You can go ahead and close up that box.
This is your box and now I want you to envision that you're holding this box and bringing it towards you and everything that was placed in that box is now accessible for you at any time.
Whatever belief that you had about when these dreams and visions needed to come in for you,
Can be shifted.
You can have your dreams and visions very quickly if you so desire.
Imagine the feeling that you have when all of these dreams and visions are present for you when you are experiencing them in the present moment.
Feel the joy,
Passion and peace that you experience.
The world is yours to have and to experience as you desire and as you experience these wonderful goals,
Dreams and visions,
So much light is brought into the world.
So much love,
Joy,
Passion and peace.
And as you experience these things,
You share this joy,
Peace,
Passion,
Love,
Whatever it is that you want to experience with the rest of the world.
Notice how the entire world feels lighter and brighter.
Now visualize this light from the new moon,
Touching and blessing your desires,
Putting in extra magic,
Love and energy to everything that you desire to create for yourself and the world.
Think of yourself like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz,
Who has just discovered that she had the ability to make her wish come true at any moment.
This power is truly yours and you are blessed and supported.
Know that at any time,
You can set your intentions again to set the wheels in motion for new goals,
Dreams and visions for yourself.
And as your life improves,
You share that wonderful,
Beautiful light energy with the world.
Feel the joy and happiness in your heart and feel the immense outpouring gratitude that you feel as you know that your dreams and visions are inevitable.
Send that outpouring of love and gratitude to your angels and spirit guides and thank them for their support,
Love and assistance in helping you bring these visions to reality.
When your heart is full,
Take a moment to come back into the center of your awareness with the newfound energy and faith about your dreams and visions for your life.
You are truly loved and supported and you are powerful beyond measure.
