Grounding & Clearing Meditation

This practice is designed to help you feel peace, ease, and release any energy that no longer serve you. You can listen to this practice once or any time you need help to feel calm and centered.

Grounding and Clearing with Laura Powers.

So just take a moment and ask all of your angels and spirit guides to assist in this grounding and clearing today and also to protect the space and make sure that only those that are of love and light are with you during this exercise.

Let's specifically call on Archangel Michael,

Archangel Ariel,

Haniel,

Zadokiel,

Jophiel,

Raphael,

Azrael,

And Metatron to assist us during this grounding and clearing today.

Find a comfortable position sitting or laying down and when you're comfy just focus on your breath and imagine you have a grounding cord going from your first chakra located at the base of the spine going deep into the earth.

That grounding cord can look however you'd like it to look.

It can look like a drain,

Literally like a cord,

Like a tree trunk,

And it goes deep into the earth and any energies that you're ready to release are going to be released and transformed through that cord.

Allow yourself to release and clear any energies that are no longer serving you.

These energies could be energies that you've absorbed from other people or situations or they could be your energies that you're simply no longer needing at this time.

And easily and effortlessly just let those energies go down that cord deep in the earth for transmutation.

As you release you may start to feel yourself getting lighter more free.

You may have more awareness of different parts of your body.

Just notice whatever is coming to your attention and just let whatever needs to be released release.

You're feeling lighter now as most of these energies that were no longer serving you have been released through this cord.

You may find you have some stubborn energies that don't want to be released today.

This is normal.

So let's ask the angels to open up our current chakra and pour in some spiritual scrubbing bubbles.

That scrubbing bubbles is going to pour in and scrub away any energy residues that are no longer serving you.

These stubborn energies are just going to naturally effervesce and clear away.

So just let that scrubbing bubbles do its work.

Easily scrubbing away all those stubborn residues that don't want to leave today.

Now that those have been worked on let's ask the angels to open up our crown and pour in some spiritual water.

And that water is just going to pour in and flush away the cleaner as well as those stubborn energy residues that we were holding on to.

It's going to flush it out.

The water is going to pour down that grounding cord releasing all that deep into the earth.

Once it's all cleared away just release that grounding cord because now we want to hold on to whatever it is that we're putting into our bodies.

We don't want to create a vacuum so let's ask the angels to once again open up our crown and pour in some spiritual light.

That light can be whatever color you need today.

Could be golden white or aqua,

Pink,

Indigo blue,

Green or even rainbow colored.

That light is just going to pour in and fill you up from the bottom up just like an empty glass or crystal container.

So that's pouring in and it's filling you up first with the tips of the toes.

Rising all the way up filling the bottoms of the feet and the tops of the feet.

Rising higher to the ankles.

Spinning and filling with beautiful light.

That light is then going to rise up higher filling up your legs to the shins and the calves.

Rising all higher to the knees.

Then filling up your thighs,

The tops of your legs and the backs of your legs.

Finally rising all the way up to the base of your spine.

Filling that first chakra area with lots of beautiful spinning light.

That light is going to continue to rise up.

Rising even higher to the solar plexus.

Then even higher filling up your lungs and your heart.

Filling up your entire chest cavity.

Asking the angels to help open up our heart chakra to help us receive.

The light is going to rise even higher.

Starting to spill through your underarms into your arms.

Filling up first the tips of the fingers.

Rising with your fingers to the palms and the backs of the hands and then the wrists.

Filling all that beautiful space with beautiful spinning light.

Rising even higher to the forearms and then the elbows.

Rising up to the biceps and the backs of the arms.

Then bubbling up and spilling up into the underarms.

So now your legs and your torso and your arms are completely filled with light and the light continues to rise.

Going up your neck.

Filling up your throat chakra area.

Rising even higher filling up your jaw.

Rising up to the mouth and the nose.

Rising all the way up to your eyes.

And then rising up so that it's all the way up to your third eye which is located right in the center of your forehead.

The light is going to continue to rise all the way up to the crown which is your center in connection with spirit.

That light starts to bubble and spill over because now our light bodies are completely full.

And we're just gonna ask that the light continue to spill over in all directions.

Completely filling our aura on all sides including above and below.

Let that light continue to spill over till you have a wonderful and beautiful protective barrier of light between you and not you.

Let that light continue to spill and bubble over for as long as feels helpful.

And then when you're completely filled,

Surrounded,

And protected with light and love,

Come back to center.
