So let's try doing a little. Practice with the Vajra family with anger. And I just something really simple. I know that not everyone's feeling anger, But I think a lot of us have touched on that emotion. Uh? So. I'd like to do this and connect to one of the seed syllables connected to the Vajra family and to the color. And so we could start just maybe close your eyes and. Come into an awareness of your body. Where you're sitting. And just come into presence. And then become aware of anger. And maybe it's something to do with the election. Maybe it's another incident that's happened recently. Anytime when you just felt that anger coming up. And begin to notice what that feels like in your body. You might feel a tightening. You might feel a heating. And now really intensify that feeling of anger. Make it as strong as you can. Really. Rage. Intense anger. And now we'll sound. The seed syllable ha. Which is the seed syllable of. The Vajra family and the of the Dakini's of the Vajra family. The feminine wisdom beings. Sound ha and at the same time. Visualize or imagine the color blue. And allow the sound and the blue to penetrate the energy of the anger. And just notice what happens through the sound and the color. So again, Intensify. Ha. Sounded again. Sounded all together. The blue. The blue light going through your body at the same time. Ha. Ha. Ha. Yeah. So that's a that's a way to work with anger. It's just. With the color and the sound.

Excellent for dispelling a quick burst of anger or frustration. I found it especially helpful to purposely intensify and release the energy built up in tense muscles. I also visualized the energy leaving my body through the sound Ah.

Amazing. This is my 3rd Insight Timer meditation and the guidance was on point, powerful and joyful! When I thought I couldn't bring to mind my anger, I did not expect the rush of heat your words invoked. Then, while I struggled to visualise "blue", as I started to chant, a smurf came into view and with a serious little face, pushed away the heat and I couldn't help, but smile. So I finished the meditation with a little circle of blue faced smurfs and it was cute and joyful and instead of anger, I felt hope and community. I think the thought of blue smurfs will definately take the heat out of angry moments today!

Really cooled my fury. Someone close to my husband had said and behaved in a really horrible manner and it really enraged me, to the point of the fire of my rage consuming me. It works, even if you are that angry! Thank you šš»

Went from intense anger to mild annoyance, and awareness of the sadness beneath the anger. Thank you

I forgot about the seed syllables and color going into the bathroom when you are really angry and chanting the color and seeing the seed syllable I have been so angry I cannot see straight I still feel the anger in my head but after chanting with my blue for five minutes I do totally feel a little relief I have to remember the seed syllables and the colors from those bad ass Dakinis š

I am a couple years into an intensive... emmerson into meditation practice and study. With a lifetime of spiritual exploration, exploration and discovery. I found this quick segment of a talk that was given teaching a 1-2 minute meditation that was able to take me from a anger arising from my bicycle being stolen from my front door step. having a nice bike lock cut and left for me to discard. So taking it as an opportunity to observe my emotional pain body and work with different ways to accept it, or at least dissolve that near painful feeling of being stolen from in such a close private area... point is... this work FAST & WELL!! Try it. Great tool for the toolbox.
