Tonight I'm gonna guide you to fall asleep restfully.
Make sure that you're already laying down on your bed comfortably.
Start taking one deep inhalation and exhalation out through the mouth.
Just bring the attention gently to the inflow and upflow of your natural breath.
Bring one hand in front of your face and place the heel of the palms in the space in between the eyebrows.
Give a gentle pressure,
Not too hard,
Not too soft.
Make sure the pressure feels consistent.
Return to the inflow and outflow of your natural breath.
Whenever possible,
Breathe in and out through the nose.
In your mind space,
Remind yourself again that I'm gonna fall asleep.
I am ready to sleep.
Then slowly release the hand from the space in between the eyebrows.
Let that one arm rest fully.
Continue into your gentle attention to the breath.
Slowly turn the head to the right.
Make sure the neck still feel comfortable.
Keep breathing in and out.
Enjoy the natural flow of your breath.
With every breath you start to feel more and more relaxed.
The body sink deeper into the bed.
The mind starts slowing down and letting go of all the fights to stay awake.
I am ready to sleep.
