I am a yoga teacher, passionate social worker and a meditation coach. I love travelling to learn more about our beautiful world, cultures and different yoga practices. Music is a big part of my life and going to my yoga classes you can expect to hear everything from old school hip-hop to tibetan bowl tunes. I believe every human is born in pure goodness, joy and bliss. With the practice of meditation and yoga I believe we can enhance these natural inherent states inside of us.
