Hey and welcome back to Meditations of the Medicine Garden.

This session is called Holy Basil Rising and some people know Holy Basil as Tulsi and with it we're welcoming back your sacred soul.

This one is a tea ritual of presence and balance.

As you prepare your tea let your hands move slowly.

Tulsi,

The Holy Basil is not just a plant,

It's a prayer.

So boil the water with reverence,

Add the Tulsi leaves to your cup and again pour the hot water slow and watch the green swirl.

Inhale its earthy peppery aroma.

Feel your feet on the floor grounded,

Connected and as you sip feel your energy balance Rooted below,

Open above.

Holy Basil reminds us we can rise without rushing.

You're centered,

You're blessed and you are enough.
