Unlike most guided meditation sessions that emphasize stillness, here we focus on allowing ourselves to find a pattern of rhythm to synchronise both body and mind and bring them into alignment with each other. Designed using binaural processing and repetition techniques with a light-guided section, this meditation will help you enter a state of calm, peace, and rest. The guided section lasts for approximately 4 minutes. The rest is yours to go deeper if you wish. Headphones Required

I Okay,

Make yourself comfortable either sitting up or lying down and if you're able to rest your head,

Do.

Now close your eyes and pay attention to the rhythm.

Try and find the pattern in the beat.

Allow your body to move if it wants to.

Let your toe tap if it needs to.

Try to keep synchronizing.

Now,

What I want you to do is focus on your breathing and try to bring it into some alignment with the beat.

Not too deep,

Not too shallow,

Just at the right pace for you.

Take your time and let yourself synchronize.

Now,

I need you to focus on the bass.

And picture it as a bouncing ball right in the center of your brain.

Allow yourself to bounce,

Your head to pop,

Toe to tap,

Becoming more and more in tune.

Stay for as long or as little as you need until you feel free.

Next,

You need to jump on.
