Invite you to find a comfortable seat.
Start resting in the awareness of your breath.
We're going to start with a breath technique that's often known as honey bee breath.
In Sanskrit,
It's called brahmari.
It is when you're going to buzz like a bee on your exhale.
You're going to vibrate your vocal cords while keeping your mouth closed.
And that naturally is going to lengthen your exhale.
For now,
Just stay mindful,
Breathing through your nose,
Listening.
This buzzing breath helps downregulate our nervous system.
It activates the vagus nerve.
It activates the third eye chakra,
The command center of our brain,
Our pineal area.
It helps activate our imagination and visualization.
In this meditation,
We're going to start with this breath to tune in.
And it will guide us through a visualization of seating and intention all the way through our chakra system.
I invite you now,
If you're comfortable,
To slightly take your thumbs and you're going to slowly cover the flap of your ear so that it closes.
Kind of like muffle your sound.
And then you're going to place your fingertips on the top of your head like a crown,
On the crown of your head.
So you got your thumbs gently closing the flap of your ear,
Fingertips on your head.
And on next inhale,
Take a full deep belly breath.
And on the exhale,
Invite you to buzz and really extend that exhale.
Continue three to five rounds at your own pace.
And let you do one more round of the buzz.
Once you're finished,
Keep your eyes closed,
But you can remove your hands from your head and place them comfortably in your lap or your heart.
I invite you to focus your awareness just above and between the eyebrows.
Keeping your eyes closed.
Or a soft gaze.
Visualize from this perspective above and between the eyes,
A screen,
A blank screen of your mind.
Perhaps an electric blue like an old computer screen.
In this visualization,
Keep your eyes and jaw and shoulders relaxed.
Seeing from the center of your brain on the screen,
Write a word or short vowel that you deeply desire right now.
See that word written in white light on this blue screen of your mind.
Let that word transform into a seed.
And let that seed drop down gently into your throat.
The air energy center that governs your communication.
And silently say this word or vowel in your throat area.
Say it that you can communicate this pure intention of yours.
Articulate and express this intention.
Now gently let the seed move down into your heart.
Energy center that governs feelings,
Love,
Relationship,
And connection.
Now gently let the seed move down into your heart.
Energy center that governs feelings,
Love,
Relationships.
I invite you to say the word silently at your heart space and let it vibrate there.
Your word or your phrase.
Saying it at your heart so you cultivate relationships that support this intention.
Once you feel that vibration in your heart,
Let the seed move down to your navel.
The fire energy center that governs our actions.
I invite you to say your word or vowel silently at your navel.
Cultivate the will,
Power,
And commitment to follow through on this intention.
When you energetically feel it there,
Gently move the seed down to your pelvis.
The water energy center that governs our sense of joy and pleasure.
I invite you to say your word or vowel here so that joy infuses your intention.
Finally,
Let the seed move all the way down to the base of your spine,
Your pelvic floor.
The earth energy center that governs our sense of safety and security.
I invite you to say your word or phrase silently at your base so that you may literally embody the energy center.
I invite you to say your word or phrase silently at your base so that you may literally embody your intention,
Walk your intention,
And follow through on your intention.
So that the seed,
The seed of intention can take root at your base.
Visualizing a red mist of light,
Ruby red mist.
It starts radiating from the base into each cell of your body.
So that each cell of your body is informed by this intention,
Communication,
Loving relationships,
And will,
And joy,
And action.
Carrying the intelligence and vibration of your intention throughout your being.
Rest for a moment,
Vibrating at the level of your intention,
Being it energetically.
And when you're ready,
Gently press the tip of your tongue to the top of your mouth,
Moving your fingers,
Toes,
Nose.
Smooth inhale,
Deep exhale.
Joining your palms to touch at the center of your toes.
Deep inhale,
Deep exhale.
Joining your palms to touch at the center of your chest.
Now in your head,
Slightly to acknowledge your wisdom,
Your light,
Your beauty.
Acknowledge that is within you,
That you remember this moment,
This intention,
This frequency.
So that you tap into it and bring it into your ordinary living.
