All right,

Let's get your feet planted on the earth.

Let's get your back supported.

Get your shoulders softened and drop back.

I want you to close your eyes,

Soften your gaze.

Rest in the awareness of your breath.

See if you're clearing breaths,

Breathing into your nose and out through your mouth.

Drop into that peaceful state,

Slippery right in between the conscious and unconscious.

The paradox is we don't have to try,

We have to let it be.

Let it be in this practice.

Let's let the sound of the bells clear out any internal and external noise and transition into a space of reflection and envisioning of pure possibility and truth.

I'm going to invite you on a journey to reflect on the year.

Going back to last year's new moon cycles.

We're going to start with January 11th,

2024.

Let your breath guide you back to that space and what you can remember.

Even better,

Not even trying to remember,

But allowing what comes up with that time.

January 11th,

2024.

What were the lessons and blessings from your life around that time?

Lessons and blessings around January 11th.

Let your next inhale,

Receive those lessons and blessings from January 11th.

And exhale,

Transition to February 9th.

Let your breath explore lessons and blessings around February 9th in your life.

Let your next inhale,

Absorb and receive those lessons and blessings of February 9th.

And exhale,

Releasing that and moving to March 10th.

Let your breath remember and explore the lessons and blessings from your life.

Around March 10th.

Let your next inhale,

Receive and absorb your lessons and blessings from March 10th.

Exhale,

Release and move to April 8th.

Letting your breath remember the lessons and blessings in your life around April 8th.

Your next inhale,

Receive and absorb those lessons and blessings around April 8th.

Exhale,

Releasing that focus and moving to May 7th,

New moon.

Letting your breath help you remember the lessons and blessings in your life around the May 7th,

New moon.

Next inhale,

Absorbing those lessons and blessings from May 7th,

New moon.

And exhaling as you transition to June 6th.

Letting your breath remember the lessons and blessings in your life from the June 6th,

New moon.

Your next inhale,

Exhaling as you move to July 5th.

Letting your breath help you remember the lessons and blessings in your life from the July 5th,

New moon.

For your next inhale,

And letting your exhale transition you to August 4th.

And allowing your breath to help you remember the lessons and blessings in your life from the August 4th,

New moon.

And in your next inhale,

Absorb your lessons and blessings.

Exhale as you transition to September 2nd.

Letting your breath help you remember the lessons and blessings in your life from the September 2nd,

New moon.

On your next inhale,

Absorb those lessons and blessings from September 2nd.

Exhale as you move forward to October 2nd.

Letting your breath remind you of the lessons and blessings of the October 2nd,

New moon.

Next inhale,

Absorb the lessons and blessings of the October 2nd,

New moon.

Exhale,

Transition to November 1st.

Allow your breath to remind you of the lessons and blessings of the November 1st,

New moon.

Next inhale,

Absorb your lessons and blessings from November 1st.

Exhale and transition to November 30th,

New moon.

Letting your breath remind you of the lessons and blessings of the last new moon,

November 30th.

On your next inhale,

Absorb the lessons and blessings from November 30th.

And exhale to today,

Monday,

December 30th.

With this,

Let your breath help you recognize all the lessons and blessings over the last year,

The common themes,

The lessons and blessings that repeated themselves,

And also the outliers,

The lessons and blessings that maybe just came once but were powerful.

How much you want to take with you as we sit here at the new calendar year,

Inviting you to envision and embody this opportunity for renewal with the energy of gratitude and appreciation for what you did accomplish this year.

What got interrupted?

What do you want to begin again,

Recommit to as an inspiring renewal,

Even if it's a renewal of exploration,

Renewal of learning when you do not know.

In thinking of 2025,

I want to invite envisioning and also embodying a feeling,

I might not have words,

But what does it feel like to think what truths are your ancestors whispering into your soul for 2025?

What truths are your ancestors whispering into your soul for 2025?

Even if it's just a feeling,

Maybe there's words,

Maybe it's super clear.

Maybe it's going to take some time to be open to and receive in the coming days.

Restful breaths.

The next question is,

What desire are you seeking that is in integrity with who you truly are?

What are you seeking and desiring for 2025 that is in integrity with who you already are?

Not from a lack or need to become something new,

But a returning and renewal of who you authentically,

Truly are.

In a new expression of 2025,

Already renewing and remembering.

The last question for 2025 is,

How can you enjoy this adventure with courage and optimism?

Envisioning and embodying you enjoying the adventure of 2025 with courage and optimism.

Next,

Inhale deep through the nose into the belly.

Embracing these truths.

Softening,

Cleansing breath through the mouth.

Let's do two more.

Deep inhale through your belly.

Softening,

Exhale from the mouth.

Softening into these desires already being true.

Last one.

Let's take the deepest inhale of the day.

Filling up your belly,

Your chest.

Biggest release,

Exhale through the mouth.

Turn to a restful breath.

Some mindful movement to your fingers,

Toes,

Nose,

Shoulders.

Awareness of the light beyond your eyelids.

Let the sound of the bells transition you from the space of envisioning and embodiment this past year,

And also the year ahead of us.

Let the bell return you to here and now.

The lessons,

Blessings,

And desires for renewal.

I invite you to gently open your eyes and use some time to journal.

Whether it's words,

Images,

Symbols,

Phrases,

Sentences,

Lists.

Take a few moments to write some of the things that came through.

A lot of reflecting on the last year,

And also some envisioning and embodying renewal intention for the year ahead.

Take some time to write some of these things down.
