Solstice is a potent time for honoring the past before we journey into the future. Together we take time to reflect, feel, observe the past, and release what needs to be released. As we breathe and process we create space for new intentions to grow. As always, please follow the intuition of your body and honor your needs. You may use this as a still or active meditation. Trust your body. Breathe, feel, release, and allow new intentions to come to you from your heart and spirit.
