Just breathe in again.
Big exhale.
Draw all your attention,
All your focus,
With eyes closed to the point between the eyebrows.
Center the forehead.
Just letting the breath create space within,
Space without.
Settle deeply into the rhythm of the breath.
Feeling each breath pull us more deeply into the moment.
Feeling each moment expand as our abdomen expands,
As our lungs expand,
As our heart expands.
This is our practice today.
Just being with our ability to expand and our ability to create space.
And every time the mind wants to wander,
Just gently guiding it back.
No judgment,
No attachments,
Just more space to create.
Letting the breath sweep through.
Letting the breath fill us up.
Just making each breath as even and as slow and as deliberate as it takes.
