Come up to a seated,
Relaxed posture.
Start cleansing the body with the breath.
Just bring in deep,
Thoughtful,
Intentional breaths.
Expanding the abdomen and releasing them back up and out.
As you start settling into your breath and getting comfortable,
Just acknowledge yourself for sticking with us this far.
This is your tenth straight day of meditation.
Simultaneously,
A point of arrival and a point of departure.
Just draw in all of our appreciation and gratitude for showing up this far.
You're not alone.
You're part of quite the crew.
So just settle in.
Focus on your breathing.
Just know that you're in the right place.
This is a great time to practice focusing on the gaze at the center of the forehead with eyes closed.
Focusing on the breath,
Steady breaths in and out through the nose.
And anywhere in the posture where you're experiencing some tension or tightness,
Just adjust as necessary as we set some intentions for the next ten days.
What have you learned so far this month?
What have you noticed?
Any subtle or not so subtle differences?
In how you're showing up here?
How you're showing up elsewhere?
What are you present to?
And what's keeping you going?
As your mind quiets,
You create this vast screen of stillness in your consciousness.
What words show up for you as intentions over the next ten days?
This could be something you wish to create with your practice.
This could be a way of being or an essence word.
What's possible for you over the next ten days as we graduate to ten minutes per day of meditation?
I invite you to Aum with me or just listen,
Try to find that resonance.
