Our modern lifestyle, which has constant connectivity, has affected our perception of the intangible world surrounding us. We have become disconnected from nature, allowing its wildness to fade into the background of daily stress, endless scrolling, and the pursuit of material things. It is essential to reconnect with our natural selves to remember the essence within that can guide us through life's challenges with grace and ease: our intuition, our sacred, and our voice. Blessings,

Beautiful souls,

And welcome to the extended version of this inner wisdom meditation.

Our current way of living,

Constantly connected,

Alters our perception of the ethereal world that flows ephemerally around us and through us.

We have become disconnected from the natural way of things,

Allowing the wildness to fade into the background of daily hassles,

Doom-scrolling,

Or chasing the next best thing.

We need to reconnect,

To remember our natural self,

The essence within that guides us through the disharmony with grace and ease,

Our intuition,

Our sacred inner voice.

When we are quiet,

When we allow space for the chatter to settle,

We discover a stillness ever-present within.

This stillness is like a deep,

Tranquil ache reflecting the beauty of the surrounding nature.

It is within this tranquil state that we can attain a profound connection with the universe and our own authentic consciousness.

By patiently listening,

We can discern the subtle whispers of wisdom that emanate from the essence of existence,

Guiding us towards inner peace and clarity.

When we connect with this sacred space of stillness,

We blend into the narratives of others,

Confronting our own selves.

Your fears are my fears,

Your joy is my joy.

While our experiences may vary,

Our feelings course through each of us stemming from our limbic system,

One of the most ancient parts of the brain in terms of evolution.

Let's now embark on an inner journey to the realm of tranquility,

Wisdom,

And truth,

Coming together and unite in profound silence.

Please make yourself as comfortable as possible,

Either sitting up or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest gently at your sides or in your lap.

Softly float your eyes closed.

Now see if you can make yourself just 10% more comfortable.

Allow the heaviness of your body to sink into more profound relaxation in this space we have created,

And bring your awareness to your breath for a moment and feel the sacred connection our breath enables.

Our breath is not ours alone.

Our exhales become the inhales of the flora,

Just as our inhales are the exhales of the flora.

It is a beautiful dance between us and the world around us.

Take a moment to rest in this beautiful experience of the world breathing.

In stillness,

We connect to our inner expansiveness,

Touching the mystical.

Here we allow our inner wisdom to flow.

Allow your breath to be natural,

And bring your awareness within to your third eye chakra.

At the center of your forehead.

Take a moment to feel the energies present here.

Does it feel open,

Heavy,

Or perhaps flowing?

When we take time to experience our energies,

We become more in tune with our natural rhythms.

Open yourself to the energies within,

Allowing trust to blossom within your heart and mind.

Everything you seek can be found within.

Be open to trusting yourself and loving yourself.

Allowing your breath to be natural,

Direct its flow to your ajna,

Or third eye chakra.

You may choose to visualize the breath as radiant indigo color.

As you breathe,

You open yourself to the universe,

Inviting in its energy and wisdom.

With each inhale,

You align your spirit with your inner knowingness.

With each exhale,

Release any hesitancy that may be blocking you from trusting your inner wisdom.

Allow the breath to clear any barriers and limitations,

Leaving you open and receptive to the guidance of the universe.

Rest here in the space behind space,

Where we come together in love and light,

Touching the shared consciousness that is ever-present.

Everything I seek can be found within.

I trust my inner knowingness.

Everything I seek can be found within.

I trust my inner knowingness.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Allowing the energies to settle into a deep sense of self-trust and love.

When we love ourselves,

We trust ourselves.

This space here allows the heart and mind to flow into a unity,

Enabling a more profound experience of wisdom,

Trust,

And love.

Begin by deepening your breath and feeling the energy flow into your sacred vessel.

You may bring small movements to your fingers and toes,

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes and allow the message and energies of this meditation to expand your consciousness.

If you feel inclined,

You may want to journal about your feelings or anything that came up during this meditation.

Some questions to ask yourself are.

.

.

Where do I have complete trust in my inner voice,

My innate wisdom?

Where do I hesitate or second-guess myself?

Why do I trust myself in some situations,

Yet not in others?

Do I love myself when I criticize myself?

Am I coming from a place of love and interconnection,

Or am I lashing out mindlessly?

Remember,

Our self-talk is a conversation with the universe,

In which our thoughts and beliefs are manifest.

Negative self-talk not only blocks self-love and our intuition,

But it can also hinder our personal growth and mental well-being.

It's essential to recognize the impact of our inner dialogue and strive to cultivate a positive and affirming self-talk that nurtures our confidence and aligns with our true desires.

Embracing constructive self-talk can empower us to navigate life's challenges with resilience and compassion.

Please know you are welcome to revisit this meditation whenever you sense a disconnection from your inner self or wisdom.

I appreciate your presence in this sacred space that unites us all.

It fills me with gratitude to have crossed paths with you on this journey.

Namaste.
