Grounding And Centering Practice Using Earth And Cosmic Energy

This meditation, which is the cornerstone of intuitive development training programs, will help get you grounded and centered. It focuses on the three energies that put you in a prime condition to open your third eye and increase your intuitive abilities: running your own energy, running the energy of the earth, and running cosmic/god energy.

Transcript

Sit comfortably in a chair with both of your feet resting on the floor and allow your body to begin to relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and then gently release the air.

Take another slow,

Deep breath.

Hold it and release the air slowly and gently.

Take one final big,

Deep breath in,

Hold it and then release slowly and gently.

Bring your attention to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Imagine that there is a hollow grounding cord plugged into this chakra running all the way down to the very center of the earth,

Connecting you to the earth.

Notice that your aura is tucked into this grounding cord.

Take a moment to really visualize this cord.

You may see an actual cord or a big,

Thick rope,

A tree trunk,

A root,

A flowering vine or a pipeline.

However it appears is correct for you,

Just know that your grounding cord is hollow so the energy can move through it and that it is indestructible and very powerful.

Now watch your grounding cord and notice that any energy you don't want in your body or energy field now leaves your space and travels down this cord all the way down to the hot,

Molten lava core of the planet where it disintegrates.

The natural gravity of the earth pulls this energy out of your body and aura.

Any unwanted emotions,

Anxiety,

Bad feelings,

Negative energy,

Energy from other people and other places leaves your physical and energetic space and falls down your grounding cord to the core of the earth.

Take a few moments to watch this unwanted energy drain away from you effortlessly,

Easily notice how you feel lighter and lighter,

More free and more connected to the earth.

Now bring your attention to your crown chakra located at the very top of your head.

See your crown chakra as a thousand petal lotus or an actual crown,

Radiant and vibrant,

Spinning quickly.

Just above your crown chakra visualize a brilliant golden sun,

Three dimensional and large.

Take a moment to write your name on that sun to claim it as your very own.

Place a big magnet inside of your sun and then watch as the magnet pulls your own vital life force energy back to you.

Watch your energy return from other people,

Places,

Thoughts,

Arguments,

Ideas,

Movies you've watched,

Songs you've heard,

Books you've read,

Ruminations about the past or the future.

Any energy that is not with you here and now gets pulled back into your sun and the sun becomes bigger,

Brighter,

More golden,

More energetic.

It gets bigger and brighter and full of liquid golden effervescent energy that belongs to you alone.

Your energy fills up that sun until it's about to burst.

Now imagine that you're poking a hole in the bottom of the sun and in the top of your head so that the energy in the golden sun pours out of the sun and into your body dropping right down to your feet.

Your feet and toes begin to fill up as the brilliant golden energy sets your feet chakra spinning.

It fills up your ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Circulating all around your bones and skin and cells,

Up your thighs,

Through your first chakra in your pelvic region and your second chakra,

Up into your stomach,

Circulating through your stomach and your third chakra,

Circulating through your chest and your heart chakra and into your lungs,

Your shoulders,

Cascading down through your arms to your hands.

Watch your hand chakra spin as this beautiful golden light spills out of your hands and fingertips.

Put your attention back to your shoulders and see this golden energy move up to your neck,

Circulating through your neck chakra and then moving up under your chin,

In your head,

Pouring out of your ears and nose and eyes,

Circulating around your sixth chakra,

Moving through every cell of your head and then gushing back out of your crown chakra.

Now watch as it begins to fill up your aura from the bottom up until it surrounds you with the liquid gold of your own energy.

Thank your sun and watch as it gently drifts away,

Ready to return whenever you call it back to you.

Now put your focus onto your feet.

Take a moment and visualize that they're pulling up the cleanest,

Strongest energy of the earth,

Pure,

Fresh and vital earth energy moving up into your body through your feet.

You can see this energy is earth or water,

Lava or plant energy.

Whatever comes to your mind first is best.

Feel this earth energy circulating through your feet like a strong fountain moving up through your ankles,

Your legs,

Knees and thighs all the way up to your root chakra where it circulates around and around.

See some of it split off and run back down your grounding cord back into the earth.

We are of the earth and this energy is powerful and connects us to our source.

Now imagine that a finer,

Lighter stream of this earth energy runs up from your root chakra circulating through your pelvis,

Your second chakra,

Your stomach,

Running through your third chakra,

Up into your chest,

Circulating through your chest and your heart chakra and into your lungs and across your shoulders cascading down through your arms to your hands.

And watch your hand chakra spin as this pure,

Clean earth energy spills out of your hands and fingertips.

See this earth energy moving from your shoulders to your neck,

Moving through your neck chakra,

Circulating around and then moving up under your chin into your head,

Pouring out of your ears,

Nose and eyes,

Circulating around your sixth chakra,

Moving all through your head and then bursting out of your crown chakra.

See this earth energy fill up your aura from the bottom up until it surrounds you with pure,

Fine,

Clean earth energy.

Now put your attention back to your crown chakra.

Look up at the sky above and out into the universe.

Imagine that you're beginning to pull pure,

Clean,

Cosmic energy from the heavens down into your body.

See it pour down through your crown chakra to your head where it falls down your back and two channels to your root chakra.

Some breaks off and goes down your legs and some goes down your grounding cord.

Go to your root chakra and watch as the cosmic energy mixes with the earth energy,

A blend of approximately 80-85% cosmic and 15-20% earth in the root chakra,

Blending and becoming one.

As this blend of energy moves up your body,

Purifying and cleansing through your first chakra,

Your pelvic region,

Your second chakra,

Your stomach,

Running through your third chakra,

Up into your chest,

Circulating through your lungs,

Your heart,

Your heart chakra,

Then moving up to your shoulders,

Pouring down your arms to your hands,

Circulating through your hand chakras and out of your fingertips.

Watch as this energy runs up your neck,

Circulating through your neck chakra,

Then moving up under your chin,

Into your head,

Pouring out of your ears,

Nose and eyes,

Circulating around your sixth chakra,

Moving through your head and then cascading back out of your crown chakra into your aura where it begins to fill up your space with this cosmic and earth energy blend.

This energy is constant,

Always flowing through you.

Your physical and energetic bodies are filled with the energy of the cosmos,

Of the universe and the earth and your own pure,

Unique spirit.

You are connected and complete.

Now take a moment to check in with your aura.

Visualize a separation object circulating throughout your aura,

Working to seal your vital energy in while keeping any negative,

Harmful energy out.

You can envision this object as a rose,

A happy face or a rotating fan.

You can also just envision a big,

Powerful fortress of energy surrounding your aura,

An ellipse of strong,

Powerful vibration that protects you completely.

Know that your separation object or energetic fortress deflects any energy that you don't want to have.

See this strong,

Powerful,

Indestructible force around you,

Surrounding you and protecting you completely.

Know that this separation object or energy shield is in place,

Sealing your own energy in and keeping all foreign energies out.

Take a few moments to relax in your own refreshed,

Renewed body.

You feel energized,

Clean and clear and completely at peace.

All is well.

And when you are ready,

Come back to the room.

Take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath and open your eyes.
