Fill your lungs to their fullest and release.

Relax your body part by part,
Starting with your face.
Relax the muscles of your face.
Breathe and relax the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Relax your jaw and relax your forehead.
Breathe and let go,
Releasing all tension from your body,
From your neck,
From your shoulders.
There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
So just breathe and relax.
Allow that relaxed feeling to spread down through your arms,
Relaxing your arms.
Relax your chest and your back.
Soften and smooth the muscles and bones all through your neck and your chest and your back.
Relax your stomach.
Breathing deeply,
Relax your stomach,
Your lower back and your pelvic cradle.
Relax your sits bones and your hips.
Breathe and relax your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves and shins,
Your ankles and your feet.
Take a deep breath and let it out slowly,
Releasing any remaining tension.
You're enveloped in a cloud of pure white light,
Sparkling light that both heals and protects.
This cloud transports you to a mystical and magical place,
High up in the highest realms of clear and transformative light.
You have nothing to fear here.
It is a place of divine healing and protection.
All is well,
All is more than well.
In this place,
You're encouraged to relax and allow yourself to feel as if you were floating.
Let go of all of your troubles and simply be.
A feminine being of pure light greets you and takes your hand,
Leading you into a temple of divine light.
You recognize her as a dear friend,
A loved one,
And she can be trusted completely.
She is a master healer and she has come to help you heal your deepest emotional and psychological wounds.
She leads you to sit down under a rainbow arch of healing light.
Sit back and relax here or imagine you are lying down,
Whatever feels best for you.
In this light,
You are completely at peace,
Safe,
More free and lighter than you have felt in some time.
Your healer invites you to outstretch your hands,
Which she takes in hers.
As she touches your hands,
Streams of light flow out.
As you look at these streams of light,
You notice that they are actually data streams of information,
Quantum information about your path in this lifetime.
Relax as she pulls this light out of you.
Do not tense up,
Simply allow her to work.
As she collects these streams,
She rearranges and transforms them,
Putting them into an implicate order that is more healing and empowering.
Just relax and allow her to work.
As she works with the streams of light,
They become finer,
More subtle and lighter.
She weaves them into a beautiful geometric pattern and places them back in the palms of your hands,
Which glow warmly in her healing light.
And something powerful in you has shifted.
She then places her delicate,
Light-filled hand over your solar plexus chakra,
The center of your personal power,
And turns it counter-clockwise,
As if opening a valve to release toxic energy.
All that you need to release at this point in time draws out of you and is transmuted by the healing light of this sacred sanctuary of peace.

Just notice them and let them dissolve into the light.
Once the healing is complete,
She replenishes this power center with the divine light of the Supreme Mother in all of her power and wisdom.
She infuses you with this healing light,

You may notice different colors lighting up various parts of your body as this healing takes place,

This process unfolds for you is perfectly fine.
Allow yourself to bask in this healing sanctuary as your healer works on various parts of you that need extra love and attention,

She places her hands over your head at your crown chakra and infuses it with a sparkling golden rose light that travels down all over and through your luminous body.
She gives you a message to bring back with you and you know that you are welcome back here anytime you need it.
