Global Love Meditation

This guided meditation practice starts off with a powerful grounding technique. It will then lead you to connect more deeply with your spirit. You will flow love to yourself, to the people in your life, and then out to the entire world.

Transcript

Sit comfortably in a chair with both of your feet resting on the floor and allow your body to begin to relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and then gently release the air.

Take another slow,

Deep breath.

Hold it and release the air slowly and gently.

Take one final big,

Deep breath in.

Hold it and then release slowly and gently.

And feel your body relaxing easily from head to toe.

Bring your attention to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Imagine that there is a hollow grounding cord plugged into this chakra running all the way down to the very center of the earth,

Connecting you to the earth.

Notice that your aura is tucked into this grounding cord.

Take a moment to really visualize this cord.

You may see an actual cord or a big,

Thick rope,

A tree trunk,

A root,

A flowering vine,

Or a pipeline.

However it appears is correct for you.

Just know that your grounding cord is hollow so the energy can move through it and that it is indestructible and very powerful.

Now watch your grounding cord and notice that any energy you don't want in your body or energy field now leaves your space and travels down through this cord,

All the way down to the hot core of the planet where it disintegrates.

The natural gravity of the earth pulls this energy out of your body and aura.

Any unwanted emotions,

Anxiety,

Bad feelings,

Negative energy,

Energy from other people and other places leaves your physical and energetic space and falls down your grounding cord to the core of the earth.

Take a few moments to watch this unwanted energy drain away from you effortlessly,

Easily,

And notice how you feel lighter and lighter,

More free,

And more connected to the earth.

Now with each breath you take,

Begin to fill your body with a brilliant light as bright as the sun.

This is a transformative,

Healing light.

With each breath you take,

The light grows brighter and more powerful.

Breathe in this light and let it fill up your feet,

Your ankles,

And your legs.

It fills up your thighs and your root chakra at the base of your spine,

Filling your root chakra and your grounding cord with light.

This light flows up through your second chakra,

Lower abdomen,

And lower back.

It moves up into your third chakra,

Filling up your midsection and middle back.

The light ascends into your lungs,

Heart,

And heart chakra,

Filling up your chest and upper back with radiant,

Healing light.

It flows into your neck and cascades across your shoulders and down through your arms,

Moving into your wrists,

Hands,

Fingers,

And fingertips.

It moves up through your face and all throughout your brain,

Illuminating your brain with its warm,

Healing brilliance.

It gently awakens your sixth chakra,

Your third eye center.

The light then bursts forth from your crown chakra at the top of your head,

Fountaining out into your aura,

Filling your aura with this radiant,

Magnificent light.

There is so much light around you now that you are basking in a beautiful bubble of warm,

Protective,

Healing light.

Notice that this bubble extends well above your head and far below your feet.

You are surrounded by and filled with light.

Now gently draw your focus to your heart center.

See and feel it filled with an even more radiant light.

Just take a moment now to focus on your heart.

You are going to call your spirit into your heart center.

Imagine your spirit coming towards you as a radiant sphere of light.

This light is comprised of the most brilliant color or colors you have ever seen.

Allow your imagination to work for you now,

Trusting that whatever color or colors you see are perfect for you at this given moment.

Draw your spirit home and welcome it into your heart center.

With the focus on your heart center,

Allow the love that naturally exists there to extend towards yourself.

Let love flow throughout your body,

Your feet,

Toes,

Legs,

Knees,

Thighs,

Your sits bones,

Abdomen,

Chest,

Back,

Neck,

And shoulders.

Flowing through your arms,

All through your head,

Your face,

Your brain,

And your crown.

All are basking in this powerful vibration of pure self-love.

Acknowledge everything you do and every talent you have and continue to flow love to yourself.

Envelop yourself with love.

This love is all-encompassing.

It is healing.

It is lasting.

Fill yourself to the brim with this bubbly,

Buoyant,

And happy love.

Next,

Send love out through your heart center to everyone you know and already love.

Focus on one person at a time.

Simply feel your open and energized heart center and allow heart energy to flow to everyone who appears to you now.

And just keep flowing love to everyone you know.

Let love flow love to everyone on your street.

Flow love to the entire block.

Imagine your love gently beaming directly into the heart centers of everyone on your street or road and see them feeling that love and glowing with its warm,

Happy light.

See that love flow out towards a wider radius now,

Flowing throughout the entire city,

Town,

Or village.

Everyone in your habitat receives your beautiful,

Loving energy.

As the love from your heart touches theirs,

Their heart spaces expand and they automatically begin flowing love to everyone they know.

It has a domino effect.

With your heart open and filled with love and light,

See your love sinking deep into the earth and reaching way up into the heavens.

And now your love is expanding,

Ever expanding,

Growing bigger and bigger as it spreads to everyone in your state,

Waking up heart centers and expanding that love even more.

More and more people are lighting up with love,

Opening their hearts and emanating love as well.

It is a wonderful place to be in,

So natural,

So easy.

This love dissolves perceived barriers and unifies us as one loving,

Accepting,

Peaceful consciousness.

Your love is so big now,

Joined with the love of everyone on your street,

In your town and state,

And this collective love reaches out and spreads throughout your entire country.

All through the country now,

This love multiplies and expands.

Heart centers throughout your country are open and expanding,

Radiating a most wonderful,

Healing,

Therapeutic love.

This love accepts.

It is truthful and pure.

It enables us to see one another for who we truly are,

Brothers and sisters in a unity consciousness.

We are not very different from one another,

And we all welcome this love.

This love grows and grows,

Soaring across oceans and illuminating the heart centers of everyone in the world now,

Spreading like a beautiful,

Holy wildfire from country to country,

Spanning across every continent and flowing through the waters of every ocean in the world.

Until every being in the world,

Animals,

Plant life,

And humans alike are lit up with a love that knows no bounds.

We revel in the oneness of this love.

Take a few more moments to bask in this love.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the room.
