Chakra Healing Practice

This healing meditative journey, channeled from the realm of the Ascended Masters, will help you clear and reset your chakras from your root center to your crown center. You'll be guided to connect with the divine light, which purifies and restores. At the end of the meditation, you will feel refreshed, revitalized, and beautifully balanced.

Relax and breathe and close your eyes.

Take a few nice,

Long,

Deep breaths and just relax into your body.

Let the world go as you breathe.

Release all of your thoughts and simply be.

Feel yourself in your body and appreciate your body for all that it does.

Low love to your feet,

Your legs,

Your knees and thighs,

To your pelvic cradle,

Your torso and back,

To your chest,

Your neck,

Your arms and fingers.

Low love up through your head,

Envelop yourself in a beautiful cocoon of love.

Imagine that you can see seven spinning vortices of light from the top of your head all the way down to your perineum.

These are your chakras,

Powerful energy centers that connect your ethereal and physical bodies.

Put your attention on your root chakra at your perineum or the base of your spine.

It is red in color and this is the center of your groundedness and your survival.

Breathe in deeply and imagine the most beautiful and vibrant shade of red you can visualize.

It is healthy,

Strong,

A rich blood red that is both healing and nourishing.

As you breathe,

See this red growing stronger,

Cleaner,

More vibrant.

Any area of weakness,

Any part of this energy center that is holding anything that drains you or saps your vitality is disappearing as this powerful red light grows stronger and stronger.

Watch as this powerful healing red vibration grows and grows.

You are grounded,

Centered,

Confident in your power,

Whole and complete.

And now move up to your second chakra under your belly button.

This is the center of your creativity and sexuality.

It is a joy center,

A happy place.

Notice if it feels diminished in any way.

Breathe and relax and now call all of your energy back and the energy of the divine feminine goddesses to recalibrate your second chakra and blast it with a radiant,

Healing,

Golden orange light.

See this light grow.

Watch and feel this power center light up with your beautiful essence.

Any areas of weakness or sorrow are blasted away,

Dissolving into this pure healing light.

Enjoy basking in the energy of this healing light as your second chakra is resuscitated.

It is buoyant,

Sparkling and powerful.

Put your attention on your third chakra now,

Your solar plexus,

Right over your belly at the core of your being.

This is the center of your willpower.

Make a statement to yourself.

I am not weak.

I am strong.

I am confident.

And watch as this chakra begins to spin at a faster rate,

More powerfully than before,

As a radiant and brilliant yellow light washes through and heals your solar plexus,

Removing all energies that may have zapped you,

Causing you to feel lesser than in any way,

Causing you to feel out of place or disconnected from your true personal power.

Breathe in this brilliant yellow light as bright as your golden sun and bask in the warmth of this healing energy.

Allow yourself to receive this power,

To be one with it,

To relax into it as you become all that is.

You are one with the divine.

And now move up to your heart center,

Your beautiful heart.

Allow yourself to settle into your heart and to breathe deeply,

Calling on the most powerful divine healers in the universe.

As you breathe,

Ask to release any and all pain and sorrow residing in your heart chakra.

Relax.

Surrender.

And watch as a magnetic green healing light begins to pulsate through your heart center,

Healing any cracks,

Washing away any residue,

And restoring perfect balance.

With this green light comes a deeper energy of love,

Cool blue light expands as it circles through your throat chakra,

Moving up to your third eye center,

The home of your intuition,

Breathe and relax and release any thoughts that hinder you from trusting your inner wisdom.

Breathe deeply and watch as a powerful,

Radiant,

Dark blue light spins into your sixth chakra,

Washes through it,

Eliminating obstacles to your intuition,

Releasing anything that is standing in the way of you trusting that small,

Still voice and gut feeling inside of you.

Relax and breathe,

Breathe deeply,

Deeper still as this light cleanses and clears,

Opening up the portals to that deep inner knowing that you have.

All is well,

Your inner sight is clear,

See it spinning and see and feel a radiant,

Anything that stands in the way of you expressing your divine essence in this lifetime.
