In this episode, Kolby explores the ancient wisdom that reminds us it's okay to not have all the answers. Through reflective storytelling and gentle inquiry, he invites listeners to embrace the mystery rather than resist it. Sometimes, the most honest path to peace begins with learning to sit quietly in the unknown.

Hey,

It's Colby.

Today I want to explore,

Well,

I want to explore not knowing anything.

I don't know anything.

I love having deep,

Complex conversations with my sister.

One of our favorite topics to explore is consciousness.

Our discussions can take a spiritual churn,

Or we might dive into the science of it all.

The origins of consciousness are endlessly fascinating.

Yet by the end of these conversations,

I often find myself with a nagging realization.

I don't know.

I don't know.

I don't know,

And that's okay.

That's one of the things I love about meditation.

It's an invitation to embrace the unknown.

We're not just talking about consciousness,

We're experiencing it.

Diving head first into its vast,

Uncharted depths.

So let's begin.

Let's be explorers of consciousness.

Let the music guide you into an infinite,

Open space.

In and out.

The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

When the Oracle of Delphi proclaimed Socrates the wisest man,

He was baffled.

He set out to test this claim,

Questioning those who considered themselves wise.

What he discovered was that many overestimated their knowledge.

His realization?

True wisdom lies in recognizing our own ignorance.

The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

The next time you find yourself in a deep conversation,

Instead of rushing to conclusions or fighting to be right,

Try something different.

Be like Socrates.

Say,

I don't know.

Our existence is vast,

Complex,

And mysterious.

It's perfectly okay not to have all the answers.

Thank you for exploring the unknown with me.

Until next time.
