Hello and welcome.
This is Klea from Growing Through Love.
During this meditation we'll dive within and connect with the feminine energy within us.
The feminine represents the divine energy able to feel,
To nourish,
To flow.
So we will connect with this divine part within us that is able to feel deeply,
To help us connect with ourselves,
With our sensitive side and with the sensitive side of the world around us.
So whenever you're ready,
Make yourself comfortable and take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly.
Notice your belly expanding.
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
And another deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly.
Feeling your whole body relaxing.
And surrender a little bit more into this moment.
Into the beauty of this moment.
And exhaling gently.
Letting any tension that you have been carrying move out of your body through your breath,
Through every exhale.
Inhaling and letting the positive energy move through our body,
Letting the relaxation settle into us a bit deeper.
And let ourselves dive a bit deeper into the feeling of relaxation.
Surrendering a bit more into the beauty and the divinity of this present moment.
Notice your body.
Notice any sensations in your body and give them permission to be.
Notice the rhythm of your breath and the connection between your breath and your body.
And notice the awareness and the difference that it makes when it comes to healing and relaxation.
And notice your heart.
This beautiful place of creation.
Connecting with your heart and your body.
Breathing through your heart.
Visualize the breath moving through your heart and into the body.
Your heart as a portal.
Bringing healing and empowerment to your entire body.
Feel this energy expanding more and more and making such a huge difference in this moment.
And as you are diving deeper into this feeling of presence,
Truth and relaxation,
Ask yourself this question.
How does my feminine side look like?
How does my feminine side feel like?
Let the inner part within you bring you the answer without you trying to think the answer.
Just let your inner knowing answer that question in its own time.
You just relax into this moment and give yourself permission to be and to show up and to feel accepted and welcomed.
Asking that inner knowing,
How does the goddess within me feel like?
How would I be if I were more connected to this goddess energy?
To this divine aspect of who I am?
If I embodied this essence of who I am even more into my daily life,
How would that be?
How would that feel like?
How would that feel?
How would that show up for me?
And how would I show up for myself if I embodied the goddess within me?
How would I dress like?
How would I act like?
How would I show up for myself and others?
How would my life feel?
And how would I feel in my own body if I embodied the goddess within me?
Visualize as many details as possible.
And if you cannot imagine the details,
Focus on the feeling.
How can you embody this feeling?
How does this feeling show up?
How does embodying this feeling change and transform you?
Connect with this feeling as deep as you can.
And visualize how would it be like today if you acted from this feeling?
If you lived your life today from this inner knowing,
From the embodiment of this inner knowing,
How would it be like?
How would it feel like?
How would that feel?
Take another deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly and feel your belly expanding.
And so is expanding the energy of your heart.
And exhale slowly.
And the energy in your heart keeps expanding.
Remember this feeling.
Remember this practice.
And as you move through your day,
As you encounter the different aspects of your day,
Remember this feeling and come back to the embodiment of this feeling.
Thank you so much for being here.
I'd love to know how you experienced this meditation.
Feel free to leave a comment.
This is a practice that I recommend doing it for at least 20 to 30 days to create a deeper sense of remembrance and of embodiment.
Thank you so much for being here once more.
We'll hear again in the next meditation.
