To your chest,
To your belly.
Fill your lungs with air.
Fill your body with positive energy.
And exhale gently with your own rhythm.
Make the choice to be in this moment,
In this very moment,
Here and now.
Start by bringing attention to your breath.
Start by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice its rhythm.
Notice how your belly expands and contracts with every breath.
Be in this moment.
Notice any kind of sensations you have in your body.
What do you feel?
What kind of input is your body receiving from the outer environment in this moment?
How does it make you feel?
Make the choice to be in this moment.
And let your body feel any emotions it is feeling.
Make the conscious choice to be with yourself in this very moment.
To be fully present.
To be fully here.
To be fully and completely with yourself in this moment.
One of the greatest gifts you can ever do to yourself is to be present,
To be there for yourself in any kind of situation.
One of the greatest choices you can make,
One of the most courageous choices you can make is to sit with yourself.
To sit with your feelings.
To notice them when they come.
And the more you sit in mindfulness,
The more those feelings become visible to your eye.
The more you decide to be present,
The more you notice things that are now in the present.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
How does it feel to be breathing with this rhythm?
If you feel the need to breathe deeply,
Please do so.
And notice how your feelings change with the change of your breath.
And notice how your sensations change with the change of your breath.
Let's take a moment to connect to our senses.
What do you hear?
What kind of noises do you hear right now?
Try to notice five of them.
What are five different noises that you hear in this very moment?
And then let them be.
Let them be as you move to the next sense.
What do you feel through your skin?
What are four sensations that you feel through your skin?
Give them permission to be as we move to notice the next sense.
What do you smell right now?
What aromas can you smell right now?
Give them permission to be as we move to the next sense.
What is the taste that you feel?
Give it permission to be as we move our attention to our breath.
And notice the rhythm of our breath.
And notice the changes that it brings in our body.
How does it feel to be present with your breath?
You can stay in this moment of mindfulness for as long as you'd like.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently open up your eyes as a new person in a new world,
Changed through mindfulness and conscious awareness.
And so it is.
