For this meditation, you will need a candle (traditional candle or flameless candle). Many people use candle meditation to enhance their connection with their intuition. However, this specific meditation is designed to heal and empower the concept of boundaries. Taking the candle and the candle flame as a simple and clear example of the importance of boundaries, your mind and body start to feel safe in embracing this important concept. With practice, knowing and embodying your boundaries in different social situations will come naturally to you. This meditation is specifically suggested to highly empathic people and people pleasers (or retired people pleasers). But anyone can benefit from it. I suggest you do it for at least a week, reprogramming takes time, as your body becomes familiar with the new concept. Thank you for being here!
