Close your eyes gently.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Inhale light and now exhale through your mouth all the darkness.
You might hear me speaking some unknown words these are like language like something like this.
So stay connected be here and be in the moment.
Keep breathing in deeply and exhaling out.
As you deep breathe in you are inhaling all the light around you 360 degrees and as you exhale you are letting go of all the darkness all the negativity.
Take another deep breath in and it goes down to your toes and as it goes down to your toes it open and cleans up your earth chakra and letting out through your mouth all the negativity trapped into your lower chakras especially the earth chakra.
And as we clear the earth chakra you are more connected to mother earth.
See a beautiful golden light entering through your feet and opening and clearing your earth chakra.
Feel it cleaning and clearing your feet your connection to mother earth your connection to prosperity cleaning clearing and deleting all the darkness right in this moment.
See this golden light massaging your feet and as massages your feet you feel giggly smiling enjoying this moment all the earthly blockages are now clearing away in this moment.

cord with this golden light and as you are filling it up you're healing all those traumas that are connected to your mother or mother's side blood lines that you have been carrying feel them cut clear and deleted right now in this moment your womb is healed and filled with this divine light right now it is important to see this energy filling up your womb because our womb is just like a black hole which takes up all the energies and needs healing now and then as well as well so right now feel your womb that is your sacral chakra filled up with divine golden light and your umbilical cord that is connecting to your mother and even if you have children thus there is another umbilical cord to your children so it is also filled with this golden light and as you are filling this area with the golden light your children and your mother are healing on their own the past seven generations and upcoming seven generations are healed clean and clear right now take a deep breath in and exhale plexus chakra you feel more and more relaxed and calm the fire within you is burning exactly how much it is needed otherwise if there's low energy low fire in your body you won't perform perfectly throughout the day and if the energy or the fire of solar plexus chakra is too high it will burn and bring more darkness or more negativity to your upper chakras so we are stabilizing the energy that much is needed in the solar plexus chakra right now feel your fire coming back to the state that is normal stabilizing it so now see all the chakras below your solar plexus are filled with divine
