So as you start with your eyes closed,
Taking a deep breath in,
Noticing your breath.
Just scan your body from head to toe.
If there's anywhere in your body where you feel any pressure,
Any discomfort,
Just go ahead and send that area of your body some love.
As if you could just send that breath right to that area of your body.
And I just want you to notice,
Notice where that area is.
Just be aware of it.
Be aware of your breath.
You can slow down your breath a little bit,
Taking a longer inhale and an even longer exhale.
As you sink into the surface underneath you,
Maybe you feel your body getting lighter,
Feeling like you're floating,
Or you could feel heavier,
Like you're sinking.
Whatever you feel,
Just notice it.
You can name it.
I want you to scan your body again,
Noticing that area from before.
If there's any tension there,
You can go ahead and shift and move.
And let that area of your body know that you notice it.
Just say thank you.
Thank you for making me aware.
Thank you.
As you feel your body going down,
Down,
And even further down.
Down meaning just deeper inside yourself.
As you go deeper and deeper and even deeper.
Very good.
And maybe you feel some physiological changes in your body as you become more relaxed,
More calm,
More peaceful.
You might find that you have to swallow or adjust.
You can do that.
Maybe you feel jerky movements.
You might even feel a sensation in your body.
As the old outdated thoughts remove themselves from your body.
As you go deeper and deeper still.
We're going to speak directly to that guilt you feel.
And as you speak to that guilt,
Just think,
Think to yourself.
What you'd like to say to that guilt.
Maybe you'll say something like,
I know why you're here.
You've been making me question myself.
I no longer want to question myself.
Everything happens the way it's supposed to.
I believe in myself.
You are in the way of me believing in myself.
So speak directly to that guilt.
Just ask that guilt.
How do you want to leave my body?
And whatever it says,
Just allow that guilt to melt away out of your body.
Whatever it said,
Trust your brain.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
Deleted across all time,
Dimension,
Space and reality.
Delete,
Delete,
Delete.
Just let the times roll back as far as you can remember.
Maybe that guilt came a long time ago.
Just allow all of it to be released from your body,
Every cell that it ever took up,
Every nerve.
And that muscle fiber,
Release it.
Fat cells,
Skin cells,
Hair follicles.
Just let it go.
Let it loose.
Release it.
It can leave from the palms of your hands and the bottom of your feet,
The top of your head.
It can get pouring out of you,
Leaving you,
Letting you go,
Releasing you.
And anywhere where you told yourself you did the wrong thing,
Please delete it.
Anywhere where you doubt yourself,
Delete it.
Anywhere where you question your actions,
Delete it.
Anywhere where you have what ifs,
Delete it.
Just say to yourself,
I let go of old beliefs.
I let go of guilt.
I believe in myself and anything in the way of me believing in myself,
Please delete it,
Uncreate it and de-story it all.
Anything in the way of me believing in myself,
Please delete it.
Anything causing me to feel guilt,
Delete it.
Anything causing me to doubt myself,
Delete it.
Anything similar to guilt,
Delete it.
Anything related to guilt,
Delete it.
Anything causing guilt,
Delete it.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
Delete.
Delete.
Just let it go on the next out breath.
You're going to inhale peace,
Exhale guilt.
You're going to inhale confidence,
Exhale doubt.
You're going to inhale belief,
Exhale guilt.
Inhale trust,
Exhale doubt.
You can do that again.
You can do that again every day in every way.
Just let it go on the next out breath.
Breathe out that guilt.
Feel it leave your body knowing that you did your best in that moment.
And you will do your best in this moment,
In this moment,
In this moment,
And all the moments.
All I have is this moment.
All I have is this moment.
All I have is this moment.
And anything that happened outside of this moment,
I release it.
I trust.
I trust.
I trust.
I trust.
I trust.
And so it is.
As you return,
As you return to the room,
As we count from one up to five,
Totally new,
Renewed,
Rejuvenated,
Knowing.
It is so.
You take the first step.
One,
As you feel your toes.
And the next two,
As you feel the surface underneath you.
Moving up.
Feeling the air in the room.
As you move up,
Up even more for connecting and coming back into yourself.
Five.
All the way up.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
Open wide awake.
