Solar Plexus Chakra "I Can" Affirmation Integration & Reiki

This practice begins with quality time to connect with your breath, relax your body, and establish sacred space. You’ll receive the healing energy of Reiki to refresh your auric field and to activate the energy of your 7 main chakras. This practice then guides you to focus on your solar plexus chakra and the affirmation “I can”. You’ll then be guided to weave and integrate “I can” throughout your chakras from root to crown. As this integration takes place a new and expanded affirmation is activated for each of your chakras. To close the practice, Reiki flows through each of your chakras to seal in the nutrients of the practice.
