Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a few moments to come
into a comfortable meditation posture.
I'd suggest lying down for this one but
if it's more comfortable for you to sit,
Whatever feels best in your body.
And
just make sure that you're somewhere you won't be disturbed.
Perhaps dim the
lights.
And if you're lying down maybe put a bolster under your knees to
support the low back.
Cover yourself with a blanket.
And then take a few moments to
just really settle into the support beneath you.
Making any small movements
adjustments so you're really comfortable.
And then closing your eyes.
Take a great
big inhale through the nose.
And then open your mouth,
Sigh it out.
Just breathe
normally for a few moments.
We'll do that one more time.
So take a great big
inhale through the nose.
Fill up completely.
And then open the mouth,
Let
it go.
Releasing tension,
Holding,
Tightness.
And allow your breath to find
a natural gentle flow.
Feel the body just completely surrendering.
Nothing you
need to hold on to.
Give yourself permission to be here fully.
With each
breath becoming more present.
Letting the body soften and melt.
Feel the muscles
weigh heavy on the bones.
Feel the skin on your face soften and smooth.
Relax the
hinge of your jaw and the root of your tongue.
And then see if you can notice
just a gentle movement in the body with the breath.
Maybe that's in the belly or
the ribcage,
In the back of the throat,
And the nostrils,
Or at the tip of the
nose.
The coolness of the inhale,
The warmth of the exhale.
And wherever you're
feeling this movement of the breath the most,
Just bring your full awareness
there.
Just observing the breath.
No need to change it or fix it.
Just noticing as
a witness.
As you are letting the body melt into the support beneath you,
I want
you to visualize that support beneath you transforming into warm soft sand.
And
feel completely held and supported by that warm soft sand beneath your body.
And recognize the powerful connection of your body being supported by the earth.
Grounding,
Connecting,
And there's a definite exchange of energy that can happen when we
connect to the earth.
So go down into the core of the earth and visualize a glowing healing
white light slowly coming from the core of the earth up through the sand and all around your
body.
Creating a glowing white beautiful cocoon of healing around your whole body.
And then
imagine that glowing healing white light coming into the body.
Flowing into every cell,
Every
fiber,
Every tissue,
Down to the tips of your toes,
The tips of your fingers,
To the crown of
the head.
And as you visualize this glowing flow of white light healing energy through the body,
See if you can imagine this flow going at the same pace as the flow of your breath.
Flowing,
Effortless,
Gentle.
And visualize this glowing healing white light energy cleansing
every cell it comes across.
Taking away tension,
Tightness,
Dis-ease,
Anything that isn't serving
you,
Anything that isn't ultimately nourishing for your body.
And leaving behind clean,
Open,
Vibrant,
Healthy cells and tissues behind.
And then that glowing healing white light from the
core of the earth creating that beautiful cocoon of healing around and within the body,
Creates a cycle going back down into the core of the earth.
And transmuting that energy,
That negativity it pulled out of the body and the tissues back into the core of the earth.
Almost like composting that healing,
Cleansing.
And that beautiful,
Fresh,
Clean healing white
light energy coming back up from Mother Earth,
Mama Gaia.
Again creating that new healing white
light cocoon to surround your body,
All around and all within.
And see if you can feel the
lightness within.
Feel the flow of prana.
Feel the cells are plump and vibrant and beautiful
with this healing,
Healthy,
Beautiful energy.
Take just a moment to scan the body slowly.
Just
noticing is there a tiny spot that maybe got overlooked,
That still feels a little tight,
A little discomfort.
And direct your breath there,
Direct prana,
Direct this healing white
light energy.
And perhaps even rest your hands gently on that area to just bring a little
additional healing and release.
Take just a few more breaths here.
And then slowly allow that
beautiful,
Healing,
White light energy go back into the core of the earth.
Feel your body gently
resting upon this warm,
Comfortable sand.
But almost now as if you're floating.
The body feels
more alive,
Lighter,
Brighter.
The power of our body to heal itself,
The power of the mind and
the influence the mind has over our bodies is huge.
And mantra can have such a profound impact
on our body,
Our mind,
Our thoughts,
Our words.
So repeat silently or aloud whatever is comfortable
for you.
I am strong,
Vibrant,
And healthy.
I have a strong immune system.
My body heals itself
quickly and easily.
And allow those words to resonate through the whole body,
Resonate with
your heart,
With meaning,
With conviction.
And then begin to bring that awareness back to the
place in your body you feel the movement of the breath the most.
And begin to deepen the breath,
Filling the belly,
The ribcage,
Maybe sighing out the exhale.
Make some small movements with
fingers and toes.
Feel your body resting again back upon whatever surface you've settled upon.
And take your time slowly coming out of this meditation in your own way.
Taking this healing
light with you throughout the rest of your day.
