This guided breath practice will open you to innate peace; a quality of you ever accessible yet sometimes hidden. The meditation will quickly unite your attention and intention, using the breath, to connect with and experience: peace arising within you, peace coming to you from the world, peace flowing to and from a person or situation in your life. The meditation then moves to peace effortless flowing from you to a situation in our world where peace is absent. The last movement is bringing peace to a place within you where you have tension and lack of ease. The practice is personally renewing while simultaneously uplifting for the world.
