Welcome to today's meditation for Svaristhana chakra,

The sacral chakra.

This energy centre is located just below the belly button,

But above the genitals,

About halfway between.

It governs our emotional body,

Sensuality,

Creativity and sexuality.

So let's begin by taking a few deep breaths and sighing on the exhale.

So inhale through the nose,

Then sigh,

Letting everything go.

And again,

Inhale through the nose all the way into your belly.

Last one,

Deep slow inhale through the nose.

And just coming to a relaxed breath in and out of the nose.

Finding your centre.

Let's begin to focus the attention on Svaristhana chakra.

So keeping your attention at that point,

Halfway between your belly button and genitals.

And then sounding as if you're sounding from that chakra.

Connecting your breath and your sound with the sacral chakra.

Giving it a voice,

A sound,

A sensation.

Just continuing to breathe in at your own pace and sigh,

Making some sound,

Making some noise,

Connecting to Svaristhana chakra.

Really connecting your voice,

Your sound to this energy centre,

This space inside your body.

And maybe giving sound to any sensations in your body or tension or a feeling.

Ah,

Using your breath and your sound to deeply relax your body and connect to Svaristhana chakra.

Beautiful,

Just a couple more minutes of connecting and sounding to the sensations in your body.

Perhaps opening a little to the feeling of pleasure in your body,

Of just being with your breath and your movement and your sound.

Maybe bringing in a bit of movement,

Swirling the spine.

Stretching,

Opening chest,

Just kind of undulating.

Ah.

Ah.

Just forgetting about how you sound and tuning into how it feels.

See if you can make this practice feel really good.

Ah.

Ah.

The invitation is there to go into pleasure.

And finishing up this breath work now,

Calming the nervous system with inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose.

Just bringing that bliss,

That sensation and connection internally inside the body.

Ah.

Just noticing that what's there inside your body,

How do you feel?

Ah.

Perhaps you feel a little bit more creative or vibrant.

Perhaps there are sensations inside the body.

Ah.

And now perhaps putting a hand on the heart and the other hand over your lower belly.

Have a moment of gratitude for this practice,

For yourself showing up today.

Feeling a state of gratitude for your creativity,

Your sensuality and your emotional self.

Ah.

And thank you for taking the time to do this practice and join me on this guided meditation for Svadisthana chakra today.

Wishing you a beautiful day or evening.

Much love.
