Struggling to shake your anxiety ahead of a big work presentation?

Hi I'm Katie and I'm here to share a set of tools to reset your nervous system while you're working.

When you need to reset fast take a couple of anxiety releasing clearing breaths.

Clearing breaths signal to the body to relax inviting it to release tension and bring softness into your working day.

So I invite you to simply close down your eyes or keep a soft gaze and inhale deeply through your nose then exhale sigh out anything that doesn't serve you letting go of any sound that needs to come out of your mouth the louder the better.

Inhale filling up exhale releasing a big earthy sigh Take as many of these sighs as you need to cultivate a sense of calm.

Three is a great number to start with.

Try these clearing breaths just before you need to present and notice the difference in the state of your mind and body.
