Are the Sunday scaries stealing your precious sleep?

Hi,

I'm Katie and I'm here to share a set of tools to reset your nervous system while you're working.

When anxiety ahead of the working week fills you with dread,

Try Brahmari Bee Breathing in bed.

Brahmari Breathing is believed to help with insomnia as it consciously slows down our heart rate and blood pressure.

The mind becomes calm,

Focused and inward,

Enabling you to nod off.

So stay lying down,

Gently close down your eyes and place your hands over your face,

Lightly pressing your thumbs into your earlobes.

Inhale through your nose and then simply begin to hum at a low frequency as you exhale.

You may feel soft vibrations in the crown of your head as you buzz like a bee.

Continue the cycle of humming for around five minutes or as long as it takes for sleep to arrive.
