Have endless emails got you feeling overwhelmed? Hi, I’m Katie, and I’m here to share a set of tools to reset your nervous system while you’re working. When we feel overwhelmed with work, our bodies tend to move into our sympathetic nervous system - also known as fight or flight mode. Our heart rate increases as our body prepares us for danger. But in the face of daily work pressures, a more balanced, regulated nervous system can enable us to be present and feel calm.
