Explore MeditationAfter years of personal practice, Katie, formerly Strategy Director at a creative ventures company, journeyed to Bali to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training. There she experienced other life changing practices such as active meditation, mantra, breathwork, sound healing and ecstatic dance. Back in the UK, she found purpose in making heart-led, mindful mediums accessible to founders, marketers and business leaders who want to relinquish stress from their urban life while connecting deeply with the self. Her years of working in the corporate world of advertising enable her to do so in a grounded, approachable style that feels relevant in work life. Katie also runs a women's community called Sundari, hosting monthly cacao ceremonies, yoga classes and retreats to India and beyond.
