Welcome to Guided Meditations with Kevin Karas and Seer Music.

Music Bringing ourselves into today's practice.

Just know how important it is to find a physically comfortable position.

Letting expectations go of how you need to be.

Just positioning yourself how you are.

As you settle,

Just allow yourself to find stillness physically.

And allow your breath to start to come into focus.

And experiencing your breath.

Connecting with its magic.

And finding a rhythm with it.

It can be useful to allow your inhales and your exhales to come into a balanced rhythm.

A rhythm where the inhale is the same length of time as your exhale.

And just following that in rhythm.

And knowing if any distractions come up.

And you're just bringing yourself into rhythm here.

Balanced in your inhales.

Balanced in your exhales.

Music And as you travel deeper into yourself.

Instead of needing to be different than how you are.

Just meet yourself where you're at.

Aware of your thoughts.

Aware of your thoughts and feelings.

Fully being with your thoughts and feelings.
