A guided sound journey meditation to experience deeper relaxation and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and lifeforce energy. Begin with rhythmic breathing practice, extending your exhalation at twice the length of your inhale for deep relaxation. Then, the practice will open up into a mindfulness activity to become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and a deeper sense of being in the present moment. Welcome to guided meditations with Kevin Karras and SIR Music.

During today's practice we'll be engaging in a rhythmic breathing exercise.

This exercise will free stuck thoughts and feelings about our life circumstances and free us to refocus on the energy of being alive.

So let's begin by finding an upright seated position,

One that you can remain in for the duration of the practice.

Sitting a little taller,

A little prouder.

During this practice we'll be breathing to a particular rhythm.

So we'll be breathing in and breathing out.

And then maintain this rhythm.

And if it's uncomfortable,

You can find your own.

Begin to connect with the deeper feeling.

Allowing the breath practice to fade.

Moving into a deeper feeling.

Present to the moment.

Present any thoughts.

And aware of your thoughts and feelings.

And moving past any stuck thoughts or feelings.

Past any difficult life situations.

To being.

Being here.

And just allowing it all to slowly and gently fade away.

Fading into the rhythm of the music.

Just allowing the music to guide your way home.

Back to your breath.

😋I like taking my own class😂. I found myself challenged during the breathing, but after it stopped, I actually felt a deep state of presence. Which I lost and then found again during the musical sound journey. Hope you enjoy the practice!
