Make yourself comfortable.
Grab everything that you need and get cozy.
Close your eyes and breathe in through your nose.
Feel your belly rise.
Breathe out and sink deep into your soft,
Soft bed.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You are safe.
You are comfortable.
And with every breath,
You are relaxed.
I am going to name all of the different parts of your body.
You don't have to do anything.
Just listen.
Your feet.
Your legs.
Your tummy.
The belly button.
Your heart.
Your shoulders.
Your neck.
And your chin.
Your mouth.
Nose.
Cheeks.
Ears.
Your eyes and your whole face to the top of your head.
Now let's imagine we are in a story.
In front of you is a door,
Just standing there with no walls and no handle.
It's a big old door.
As you look closer,
The door shimmers and crackles.
As you reach out your hand to touch,
It goes straight through and the door ripples like the surface of water.
Inside you can see a field with small white flowers,
A huge waterfall in the distance.
With birds flying by.
You take a step back.
You close your eyes and you take a leap and you land into this magical world.
The grass feels spongy and cool.
Butterflies flutter by.
The sky is soft,
Purplish pink.
The moon is enormous,
Half risen in the sky.
The air feels like it's glittering.
As you wander through the grass,
You can see a horse in the distance.
Swishing its tail and eating the grass.
You get nearer and notice that the horse is deepest dark blue.
It is shimmering a silvery shimmer.
You see that it has a long,
Dark purple tail with stars in it,
Sparkling,
Matching its mane.
As you approach,
You whisper hello.
The horse stops eating and looks at you with kind,
Twinkling eyes and you realise there is a beautiful,
Twisting silver horn.
A unicorn.
You suddenly feel like the unicorn knows you and you feel welcome.
You feel at home.
You feel like you must be magic just to be here.
The unicorn tells you it is our job to fly across the sky at night,
Setting the stars alight and bringing nightfall.
Just beside her is a soft pink and light blue unicorn lying on what looks like a fluffy,
Light purple cloud,
Sleeping peacefully.
The dark blue unicorn tells you this unicorn's job is to create the most magical dreams.
Would you like to come with me to set the stars alight?
Yes please.
Climb onto my back,
Let's go.
Opening up their wings wide and with great big beats.
One,
Two,
Three and lift off.
Soaring over the field you see bunny rabbits heading home.
Over the tops of the trees you hear owls softly hoo hooing.
You take a swoop around the back of the waterfall,
Glittering as it falls into the water below,
Dripping out over the ocean.
You look back to see a majestic golden stag standing at the very top of the waterfall,
Watching,
Wise,
Old and grand.
As you soar above the clouds,
A mountain top pokes through.
You notice that night falls behind you,
The unicorn's tail like a curtain sweeping night fall over the land.
Scattering stars twinkling as the giant moon rises higher,
Casting silver light over the lands.
You spend time flying,
Wings out wide,
Gliding among the stars.
Staring at the stars,
Belle Radio fall is complete.
It's time to descend.
You land softly on the spongy grass beside the pink and soft blue unicorn.
You lie down on the light purple cloud,
Pull on a light purple blanket and relax your head into your pillow.
Relax your whole body deeply.
Your back.
Your arms.
Your legs.
Letting go,
Drifting into a peaceful sleep.
