Think about something that you believe to be true about you.

I am happy.
Say this message three times in your head.
Now I'm going to name all of the different parts of your body.
Going to make your whole body loosey goosey.
You don't have to do anything,
Just listen.
When your mind moves to each part,
Imagine a golden light there.
And your golden light moves with you to each part that I name.
Here we go.
On one side of your body,
Your big toe,
Your other toes and your foot,
Your ankle and your lower leg,
Your knee and your upper leg,
Your hip and the side of your body,
Your hand and your thumb,
All of the fingers on your hand,
Your arm,
Your elbow and your shoulder to your ear.
And now we go to the other side,
Your big toe,
Your other toes and your foot,
Your ankle and your lower leg,
Your knee and your upper leg,
Your hip and your side,
Your other hand,
Your thumb and all of the fingers on your hand.
Your arm,
Your elbow,
Your shoulder and your ear.
Remember your golden light shining on both of your feet,
Both of your legs,
The tummy,
The belly button,
The chest,
The shoulders and the neck,
Your chin,
Your mouth and your nose,
Your cheeks,
Ears,
Eyes and the whole face to the top of the head.
Pouring that golden light into your whole body from the top of the head to the tippy toes and back up from the tips of the toes to the top,
Top,
Top of your head.
The whole body shining bright golden light.
The whole body.
Thinking of all of the people in the world that you love and imagine sending this golden light that you have in your heart to them.
Your family,
Your friends,
Your teachers and everybody that you know and that you love.
Now think of all of the people in the world who could use some extra light in their life and send it to them.
Imagine all of the people in the world sending light back to you.
Sharing this beautiful golden light all around the world.
All of you together.
