Good morning,
Everyone,
And welcome to this Sacred Heart Meditation.
My name is Kerri Clancy,
And I live here in Ubud,
Bali,
And I teach at The Yoga Barn.
This meditation I've created from my heart to yours,
It's when we feel,
It's created so when we feel that we're misaligned or we're disconnected or we can't make decisions about our life,
If we come back to the heart,
We tune in to an intelligence.
Now,
This is science.
If you would like more information about that,

It will give you lots and lots of information there.

They are consultants for the HeartMath Institute,
And they have been doing these studies,
Scientific studies for many,
Many years since the early 90s when they discovered that the heart,
Our physical heart,
Not just the heart chakra,
Which is the colour of the scarf,
Green,
But the physical heart within each and every one of us is the gateway to our soul,
And our soul is our connection to the universe,
To the creator.
Some people like to call it God.
Whatever it is,
We are connected to something that put us here on this planet,
And the easiest way to tap into that energetics is to come into the heart.
Now,
The moment we look down to our chest area,
We are already intentionally engaging our heart,
Our physical heart.
If you wanna make it easier,
Close your eyes and imagine you're looking inside your body at your physical heart.
You can even imagine it beating.
If you find you need something different,
Try and imagine a beautiful emoji heart like you have on your phone,
And imagine that being on your chest,
And just imagine that as a symbol.
You will still create the energy of the heart because the heart holds the love and compassion.
It holds the forgiveness.
It holds the excitement,
The joy,
The fun,
The playful inside each and every one of us.
That's your connection to your soul,
To your spirit.
So I'd like you to join me by closing your eyes.
Enjoy the background music.
Allow your ears.
Your ears are sensory just like your eyes and your nose is smell,
Touch,
Feel.
So what I'd like you to do is just tap your ears.
You're gonna allow the music to come in through your ears.
Then you're gonna connect with both nostrils,
And you're going to allow your breath.
So imagine that emoji heart full of love and compassion is now your breath,
And you're breathing it into your beautiful heart.
I'll give you a moment to integrate that.
You can even do prayer pose if you wish.
Now imagine breathing down to your beautiful heart.
You can continue in prayer pose or placing one or both hands onto your beautiful heart,
And gently whisper this prayer,
This mantra,
This chant.
My heart,
I thank you.
I thank you,
My heart,
For being with me today,
And I thank you for showing me the intelligence inside me that connects me to my soul,
To my spirit,
And to my light.
And keep breathing.
Your breath comes from Mother Nature.
Now imagine your lungs expanding in and out.
Magnificent lungs expand,
And you're looking at not only your heart,
But your lungs expanding with your heart beating.
You're also noticing your ribcage,
The bones of your ribcage moving.
And then imagine the breath is a light.
So your breath is now connected,
That's Mother Nature,
To your soul inside your heart,
And you are breathing those together.
And then whisper to your heart,
Who is breathing me?
The universe breathes just like us.
And as we expand our lungs,
But the universe is energy.
It holds the higher frequencies.
So we're breathing those frequencies of compassion and love and inner peace inside our bodies.
Now follow the breath with the heart and the light around your body.
Start to feel the calmness.
Calmness is spirit,
It is inner peace.
Follow your breath gently and compassionately through your body.
If you feel something needs healing,
Whether it be your heart,
Maybe you have a broken heart,
Maybe you have sore knees or hips,
Maybe your neck and shoulders are stiff,
Start to breathe into that area with light and love and whisper,
Relax and be calm.
And you are safe.
Whisper to your heart,
I am safe.
I'll give you a moment to feel and listen.
So what we're doing in this moment as we feel and listen,
We're telepathically communicating to the universe.
Every breath you take inside you with a relaxed body is the universe coming to you and through you into every cell,
Every muscle,
Every bit of fascia inside your skin,
Your hair,
Everywhere inside you,
Your blood,
Your bones,
Your skin,
Just breathe it inside your body.
Now your nervous system is coming into balance and your heart is taking over as you feel your body with compassion,
With self-love,
Kindness and love,
Love and kindness.
Keep breathing that into your body.
The more relaxed the body,
The more open the heart becomes,
The more connection to your spirit,
Your soul,
To the universe.
Love yourself more,
Love yourself more.
Use the power of your breath,
Mother nature.
Allowing your breath to become longer and slower,
Making space for more love,
More kindness,
More compassion to enter your body.
This is your spirit.
Keep feeding kind words to your body,
To your soul,
To your mind.
I am love and kindness.
I am a peaceful soul.
Coming back,
Noticing your arms,
Hands and fingers.
Placing your index finger and your thumb into chin mudra,
It is the mudra of the universe.
Resting your hands with palms facing upwards,
Straight spine,
Relaxed body.
Join me for one om,
Which is the sound of the universe and three shanties.
The first shanty is peace within our minds.
The second shanty is peace within the body,
Always.
And the third shanty is for every living being on this planet.
May they too experience only peace and love and kindness within their mind,
Their body and their spirit.

As I know and I understand when I am in my love and light,
And you are in your love and light,
We become one with each other and one with the universe.

You can put your hands up to send and receive your beautiful energy of Mother Earth and the universe.
Mother Earth,

We thank you for the air,
The oxygen you provide through plants,
Trees and leaves.
You purify what we exhale,
Which is toxins,
Carbon monoxide.
We thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for this unconditional love,
Always sending us air,
Oxygen.
In yogic world,
This is known as prana.
In the healing world,
It's known as ki-chi.
In the spiritual world,
This is known as light force or life force energy.
Mother Earth,
