Sacred Heart Meditation is a practice of bringing your attention back to the center of your chest and connecting with your inner love and stillness. It doesn’t focus on religious doctrine; instead, it treats the “heart” as a gateway to yourself, your higher self, and the universe. During practice, you usually use breathing and visualizing light or loving energy entering the heart center to gently soften your defenses and tension. Over time, it can help release old wounds, reduce anxiety, and allow you to face life with more compassion and a deeper sense of safety.
