This meditation is for calming the body and allowing the mind,
The thought,
To slow down and soften.
When we allow the body to relax and be calm,
The mind is clear,
It becomes clearer and more calmer.
And then we allow room for spirit to come,
Your spirit,
So the feelings within your inner body,
Your internal system,
Start to relax and become calm.
The feelings of spirit moving through them,
Through all your internal organs,
Your blood,
Your bones,
The feelings of softness start to come through as everything relaxes.
When your muscles or your tissue are relaxed and calm,
You start to feel this feeling.
Some people describe it as feeling like they're about to go off to sleep.
And that's a really good state,
A really good gauge to feel.
You're sitting up or lying down and you'll feel this new energy starting to move through your body.
And what it feels like is very soft and subtle.
That's why spirit is called subtle energy.
It's energy that moves within and your energy is connected to,
Or another way of putting it,
Is your emotions.
So are my emotions heightened?
Am I in the feeling of being stressed,
Anxious,
Worried about something that's low frequency?
Or am I elevated into this place of,
I just know that I'm safe,
That everything's going to be okay,
And I just move forward with my breath.
So your breath becomes your superpower to calm your nervous system.
So anyway,
Let's begin with the meditation.
Take a deep breath in,
Through both nostrils,
Making sure your mouth,
Your lips are gently together or your mouth is closed.
Breathing into a space within your body.
And that could be anywhere.
The moment you close your eyes,
You might be behind your eyes.
So you're actually looking inside your body.
You might go straight to your shoulder or your hips or your legs.
Or you might even go straight to your beautiful heart.
Just allow your intuition to guide you.
And we're going to clear these energies from the body.
And we're going to dive into the heart.
And once we do that,
The heart calls the body in and asks it to relax.
Take,
As we take the deep breath in,
Exhale through the nostrils,
Allowing any space in your body that has felt trapped or panic to start to soften.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And just start to connect with a rhythm so we get rhythmic breathing happening,
Softness.
This is very good for releasing any,
Even if we have panic attacks,
Any trapped energy.
So let's keep going,
Breathing in and out through both nostrils,
Releasing any energy that has felt trapped or panicked.
And breathing in,
Breathing into the body.
And feeling any feelings where you're not safe and drop into your heart.
Breathe into your heart where the body feels safety and it feels it's safe.
But support the breathing,
Allowing any memories to surface and observe these memories,
These thoughts,
These past unwanted feelings and allow them to be.
Breathing out any feelings of unsafe or stress or worry.
Breathing in through your nostrils and out through your nostrils.
Let's take one deep breath together,
And this time we're going to exhale through the mouth,
Deep breath in both nostrils,
And out.
It's like a breath of release.
I'll give you a moment to do that two more times.
Let's start to connect with any feeling.
Feelings of trapped energy that telling you that you're not good enough,
You're not enough.
As we pull in and breathe in,
We're going to move into unconditional love energy and bring that in to your being.
This vibrant energy is connected to light.
Breathe it through every part of you.
Breathing in,
Breathing out as you imagine a light streaming with your breath into every muscle,
Every cell,
Every tissue.
Rewiring itself into your DNA.
Bring in more breath in and out to assist in this healing,
This clearing.
Move it into your cells,
Your blood and allow your skin to light up.
This is your auric field with light.
Feel the happiness starting to restore itself within you.
Looking back at all,
All that has not served you,
Even in your bloodlines,
Your ancestors,
Your cleansing and clearing.
As you breathe and bring in this calmness,
You know that this is the truth of who you are.
As you release and renew old traumas,
Any lack or fear,
Any positive,
All being released in this moment.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Being restored with love and light.
Every cell in your being is now being restored.
Your entire being is filling up with light.
Feel the shift happening inside you.
Allow the soul essence to flow.
There is now room for more space for creation,
For your soul to light up and come through.
Breathe this new energy of compassion and kindness to yourself.
This is how we love ourselves.
Breathe.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathe.
Gently whisper to yourself,
You nation,
I am open to receive light.
I am open to receive healing.
I open up my heart to receive pure source energy and now allow this to pour through me in every part of my being,
Filling me up with divine light.
Breathe as you open up and release,
Releasing every part of you that is stuck.
Breathing in more light.
Breathing in the breath of life and light.
Breathing out the feelings of fear or anything related to survival.
Allowing every memory to soften and be enlightened.
This new intelligence is now flowing through you.
Allow it to expand around your body,
Through your skin,
Outside of you,
Bringing it up,
Allowing it to filter from the heavens down through the top of your head to your spine,
Through your body,
Down your feet and through the roots,
Down into us.
You are now a portal connected with the universal divine energies and Mother Earth.
Breathe in this new wisdom,
This new light intelligence.
Repeat this three times a day,
Perhaps in morning,
Lunch or dinner.
And you will feel lighter,
More refreshed as you bring yourself back to the truth,
The truth of who you truly are.
A beautiful light being connected to the universal energies and to Mother Earth.
