So what is a positive affirmation?
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts.
When you repeat them often and believe in them,
You can start to make positive changes.
I have today 25 affirmations you can use to increase your positive self-talk.
These sentences will get your self-talk primed with some positive thinking.
Note which ones of these are missing from your brain's tapes.
Give yourself these affirming messages 10 times more than you imagine you need to hear them.
Practice,
