Hello, This is Kerry at Empowered Within. And take this moment to find a peaceful place where you can relax. This is your time to focus on you. So you can feel totally safe everywhere in this universe. So with that said, Close your eyes and take in a few deep, Relaxing, Soothing breaths. Calming your sweet spirit down. Just letting go. All the day-to-day worries and concerns. Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment. Breathing the breath of life into your body. And it feels good to just relax. It feels good to just breathe. It feels good to just do nothing for this moment. Allowing something bigger than you to support you now. So find a spot in your body that feels really relaxed and open. And allow that spot to ripple out like a beacon. To the rest of you. Like gentle, Loving, Vibrational rays of energy. Soothing you. Comforting you. Giving you a sense of security. Stability. And safety. That's it. And at this moment, You, Dear one, Have the opportunity of choosing love or fear. In life, We always have choices. Choices. Every day. In moments of fear, I remember the sun. I visualize the sun. For the sun is always shining. Even through clouds that may obscure it for a while. Like the sun, The one infinite power is externally shining. It's light upon me. And you. Even through clouds of negative thinking. And even that negative thinking can be only temporary. It's all about a choice. I choose to remember the light. I feel secure in the light. I allow the light to warm me. To help me feel safe and secure. Loved and adored. And I allow that light to pierce through any darkness. Any fears. Any negative thinking. Any self-doubt. Or any blame or judgement. So when the fears come, I choose to see them as merely passing clouds in the sky. And yes, I make the choice to let them go. On their merry way. For I declare to the universe. And to myself in this moment. That I am not my fears. I am not my fears. I am not my fears. Fear at times is only an illusion. A fabrication of my mind. It is safe for me. To live without guarding and defending myself all the time. I know that what we do in our hearts is very, Very important. So I begin every day in a silent connection with my heart. When I feel afraid, I open my heart. And let the love and the light from the sun dissolve the fear. As I affirm, I am safe. I am safe. I am safe. I trust more. I fear less. I am centered. I am grounded. And when the light shines its truth through the clouds, Through the fear, The truth around that fear is revealed. I feel totally safe everywhere in this universe. And so my friend, When you are feeling fear, Get a sense of how that fear is like a tight closed fist. And you can think of the sun, The power of the light penetrating the clouds and negativity. And you can open up your hand, Your heart, And allow the light in. And you will see, Feel, And hear the difference. That is my wish for you. And so, As this process now comes to an end, Bring your awareness back into your body, Back into this place and your surroundings. Taking in a few deep, Refreshing breaths. You can stretch if you like, And then open in your eyes. And think of the sun and smile. Therefore, Have a wonderful day. And it is so.

I am grateful for this guided meditation, especially with the state of our world causing me fear. Visualizing the sun's energy always there and warming me into safety and comfort is especially helpful. Thank you! π

Thanks. I have a tough day ahead. Whilst I was ruminating on that during the media ration I think the meditation penetrated my thought enough to help me feel I will deal with this v difficult day by choosing to let feelings of fear anger frustration pass on by.

I almost cried, it touched me so deeply. Really helped to calm my anxieties. I've been feeling so scared and unsafe to just get up and face the day. And this allowed me to slowly dissolve into the light and just let go a little more. There is so much space in me right now. Thank you.
