The body scan is a mindfulness practice that will allow you to be fully in your body and become intimate with what it's feeling in the present moment. This practice can be soothing for anxiety, depression, insomnia, physical pain, and emotional discomfort. We will simply be with our body sensations - whether pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral - watching as they arise and pass. We are not trying to change anything, rather notice and release any judgment or attachment.
