Hello,

This is Keith Parker with Field Dynamics Energy Healing and this is a quick tips for psychic development.

What does that mean in general before we go through a number of different ways that you can develop psychically?

When we say psychic,

We mean psyche,

Like the mind,

Like psyche and psychology.

So in many ways,

Psychic skills are about mental skills.

And so you're going to see in these quick tips that I've provided that some overlap with traditional ways that we might think of refining,

Clarifying or developing the mind or mental faculties as well as things that fit in the neat categories of extrasensory perception,

Psychic skills,

Etc,

Etc.

That leads me to the first of five suggestions.

The first is develop meditation fundamentals.

Meditating is more broad,

More valuable,

More useful than developing your meditative qualities.

Present moment awareness is the key and this enables you to see the mind and body clearly.

Learning to calm and settle into the present moment is key for psychic perception because without clarity,

You can't see clearly.

Psychic skills are about detecting subtle phenomena and you need a clear mind for that.

So let's consider meditation as the foundation for all psychic development and it doesn't matter what methodology you use,

Whether it be forms of mindfulness,

Concentration practices,

Visualization or anything,

As long as your present moment awareness is sharpening in the practice you're choosing,

Then you're headed in the right direction with regard to meditative development.

The second one is also pretty broad and that is breath work.

Breathing is something we do all the time,

So why not get better at it?

And there's a reason why it's so common in so many traditions and that's because it's very effective and it helps to unblock stuck energy,

If you will,

Or get to where there's imbalance in the overall body-mind connection.

Think of the breath as a bridge between body and mind and we want clarity in the way we sense our body,

Clarity in the way we perceive through the mind.

Breath work is a way to get at that.

Now again,

It doesn't matter what approach you take.

There are lots of forms of breath work like pranayama from the yoga tradition.

There are shamanic breath work techniques.

Refining the breath,

Getting acquainted and familiar with the breath in various ways is extremely,

Extremely helpful.

One form of breath work or let's say an approach to breathing that is very specifically for psychic development would be sending the breath to either the throat or the third eye area.

So that means breathing into these areas of the body and their associated energetic anatomy.

Again,

Particularly the throat and the center of the head.

That's a kind of breath work that is more specifically for psychic development,

If you will.

And you'll notice if you do breath work as I just described,

You're going to feel a certain stimulation,

Activation,

Heightened awareness and sensitivity in these areas.

The third quick tip is about remote viewing.

Remote viewing is a practice where you're assigned to psychically view something without knowing what it is.

So for example,

I could tell you to remote view the object in my hand and you don't know what it is,

But you can tap into your senses and kind of check in with what it is that you're seeing.

Maybe you get an image of the color orange,

Maybe you intuit the word sweet and sugary.

And then I tell you I'm holding an orange fruit in my hand and then it all makes sense.

Remote viewing training goes like that,

But it's often a bit more complex.

Basically you're given a reference number and then you're asked to remote view it.

So you use your inner sensing and then write down everything in words and drawings,

Et cetera.

And you would be revealed afterwards what the thing was and see if there was any correlation.

So this is what remote viewing training looks like.

And you can ask a friend to do this,

Like take a number of different images from a magazine,

Let's say,

Make reference numbers,

Hand you the reference numbers,

And then you go ahead and fill out the data,

If you will.

Or you can find some kind of training structure elsewhere.

Remote viewing is very good because it really strengthens the muscle of traditional psychic skills such as clairvoyance,

Clairaudience,

Clairsentience,

Et cetera.

Just using all your faculties to try and understand what's the information coming through here.

So remote viewing is a great way to exercise classical psychic skills.

Another simple practice would be improving your somatic awareness.

Now this enhances empathic understanding.

The skill of an empath is the ability to feel clearly in oneself and others,

Right?

It's clairsentience,

Clear feeling.

So being more in touch with and clearer about your feelings and emotions can have significant positive effects on your own life.

And the way to prepare for that is to have greater bodily awareness in general.

So somatic awareness takes practice.

You have to spend time with your body and learn to perceive it in various ways.

The most straightforward way to do this is through body scanning practices where you take your attention and move through different parts of the body and notice how they feel.

So this acclimates you or familiarizes you with the landscape of the body and the different tonalities in the different areas of the body.

Traditional body awarenesses include practices like yoga,

Qigong,

Tai chi,

And there are contemporary ones like the Alexander technique or Feldenkrais.

But body scanning,

Breathing,

Just moving your attention through the body,

Waving it through,

Sweeping it through can be beneficial and certainly enhances directly one's empathic abilities as you become more in touch with your own body sensation.

This will assist you with differentiating other people's sensations.

And the last tip for psychic development is engaging with your own intuition.

So I like to describe intuition as how we engage with information before it reaches the analytical mind.

Learn to listen to this first passive information as it enters into your awareness.

Intuitive information or guidance is not something you get by thinking,

It's what simply comes.

So don't think,

Don't rationalize,

Don't second guess,

Just notice what is coming through before the analytical mind gets to it.

So the most convincing intuition is the kind that you're working with information that in a certain sense you don't agree with or want,

Because then that tells you you're really obeying this rule of being with it before it can be analyzed before you've judged it in any way whatsoever.

The simple exercises for developing intuition is by asking yourself questions and seeking answers intuitively.

Very very simple.

Like trying to ask yourself yes no questions about what you might eat off of a menu in a restaurant or where to go in a particular situation.

Just check in,

Ask yourself the question and make it a yes no answer and then notice how your sensing tells you this yes or no.

Is it through a feeling,

A knowing,

How do you describe that,

How does it arise within your body,

How do you get a sense of yes or no.

As you build up this internal feedback you start to understand this internal sensing system and then you'll start to be more confident in the way that you follow your intuition.

Now intuition may come in various other ways but this is a very very good simple exercise working with yes no answers to start to get that sense of correct,

Incorrect or move in this direction,

Don't move in that direction kind of thing through an intuitive sense of guidance.

And it's a really good one that never gets old.

So I've given you five different ways to work on psychic development.

Some of them are classically psychic if you will.

Some of them are a bit more general and broad about mental clarity and bodily awareness but all of them integrate into a whole picture in which you start to sense the world more clearly.

And psychic development again is really about mental faculties being refined,

More subtle,

More nuanced.

So I hope this helps you.

I hope maybe you put some of these into practice,

Maybe some of them you already have put into practice but either way I hope this was of benefit.
