This meditation will allow you to drop from your thinking mind into your heart and body to connect to your higher self. You will be able to connect to wisdom that is within you to move forward in your path of life.

Hello,

And welcome.

This meditation is to awaken your intuition and deeper connection to your higher self.

We all have an inner wisdom,

An inner knowing,

Deep knowing of who we are and what we're here to be and do in this life.

Intuition is an embodied practice,

A practice of deeply connecting to the inner landscapes of who we are.

And we have a part of ourselves that knows.

So this meditation will allow you to drop in and connect to that guidance you have been looking for,

Or needing maybe an answer to a question that you have.

So wherever you are,

Find a comfortable seat.

You can be seated in a chair,

Cross-legged or even lying down.

Finding that seat and connect to the ground.

Bring the palms down onto the thighs,

Roll the shoulders a few times.

Get long through the spine.

And let's take a collective breath together.

Exhaling everything out and taking a deep breath in through the nose and a deep sigh out the mouth.

Just letting go of any tension or stress,

Closing the eyes,

Softening the eyelids and the space behind the eyes.

Way back into the eye sockets,

Rest the eyes.

Soften the temples and the space between the eyebrows,

Even lifting the eyebrows up and away from each other.

Relaxing the muscles of the face.

Letting the lower jaw come away from the upper jaw.

Bringing the tip of the tongue right where the gum line meets the first two teeth.

Softening the tongue,

Softening the throat,

Relaxing the shoulders even more and just finding that steady breath in and steady breath out.

Dropping down into your heart space.

Breathing in to the heart,

The front and back of the heart,

The sides of the heart and softening the layers around your heart,

The armor you've built up.

And just breathing here,

Feeling the expanse of the breath and dropping from the mind all the way into the body and into the heart.

Breathing fully,

Connecting to yourself and being present.

On your next breath,

Transition to the space between your eyebrows,

The space of the third eye.

It's when we close our eyes,

We can truly see with clarity,

With clear knowing.

Bringing your attention to your mind's eye there,

The third eye.

Breathing deeply into this space and imagine white,

Bright,

Beautiful healing light coming in and through this third eye.

Just bringing in beautiful energy to create clarity.

And with your next breath,

Imagine you're walking through a doorway into a path,

A path outdoors,

Maybe in your favorite place,

At your favorite time of year,

With your favorite temperature,

Perfect temperature and time of year,

Walking along a path,

Step by step.

And as you're walking along,

You notice that there are stones along the path.

You look down noticing these stones and you find one that has some writing on it.

And you're not quite sure what it says.

But you bend down to look a little closer to see what it says.

And as you get closer,

It becomes more clear.

So with your attention to the stone,

Connect to what this message is saying to you right here right now.

Breathing in this message into that third eye and down into the heart.

Allowing the message to get clear.

Maybe you even hear this message,

You feel this message in your body.

And once you have this message,

Let it be anchored with you in this breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And slowly starting to move away from this beautiful stone that you found.

Walking back towards the door that you came out into this world to come back in to the present right here right now.

Finding your way back into the seat you're seated in.

Coming back to yourself in this breath and this body.

Keeping that message living with you with this breath,

This heart,

Breathing it in.

Letting yourself carry it with you into this day,

Week,

Month,

Year.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes and just find a point in the room.

Maybe even write down the message that came through in this meditation.

To remember it to anchor it to allow it to be your guidepost.

Softly rolling the shoulders,

Wiggling the fingers and allowing yourself to come back.
