Guardian Of The Forest

In this next magical adventure in the Enchanted Forest, you meet the Guardian of the forest, Ki-ara, who watches over the portal to other realms. She is a wise, enchanting being who welcome you into her home and shares great wisdom with you and prepares something very magical for you, to assist with your awakening into all that you already are. One of the aims of this guided meditation is to bring your inner child out to play, to experience living magically once again. For this is natural and this is what we are remembering step by step and my role is to help accelerate that. My sister calls me another JK Rowling! Lol! The Power of Play is essential as when we do, we shift into a higher vibration that frees us from the proverbial hamster wheel of the 'conditioned' life that we are transforming out of. This higher level is where the magic lies, where the clarity is, the solutions are, the inspiration! And as said is natural. Enjoy Playing in the magic realms! Namaste.

Transcript

Get yourself comfortable and then close your eyes.

Now bring your attention to your breathing.

Not changing anything,

Just observe.

Notice how you are feeling.

How your body is feeling.

Now shift your attention to sounds you hear around you,

Outside of you.

Beginning with the ones that stand out.

And now to more subtle ones.

Now bring your attention back to your body.

Feeling the surface you are sitting or lying on.

Feeling your clothes against your skin.

And come back to your breath.

Noticing that as you breathe in,

The air is cool as it flows in through your nose.

And then how it is warmer as you breathe out.

Now together,

Let's take three long slow deep breaths,

As deep as you can,

From your belly or abdomen.

And as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to let go.

To begin to fully relax,

Releasing all tension and being fully present here now to enjoy the journey.

Ready?

Deep breath in.

And out.

Again,

In.

And out.

Once more.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Now go back to your regular breathing and notice how you feel.

Notice if there's a difference already.

Gently scan through your body.

And if any areas of tension appear,

Breathe into them,

Telling them to relax.

I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.

And as I do so,

Allow my voice to guide you deeper.

Give yourself permission to completely let go,

Knowing all is well.

If you like,

You can imagine that you are a feather or a leaf that is gently floating to the ground.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

One.

Yourself in the middle of the countryside on a beautiful warm summer's day.

The sun is shining and a cool breeze gently blows.

You can smell the fresh green grass and feel its softness beneath your bare feet.

You look around you and are filled with delight at the magic and beauty of nature.

There are rolling hills green with splendor as far as you can see and stunning against the blue backdrop of the sky.

Ancient trees and vast colors of flower are dotted everywhere.

It is truly a sight to behold.

As you look you notice a tiny footpath and see it leads to a forest not too far away.

There is something about this forest.

It seems to be almost calling you.

So intrigued you begin to walk along this path towards it,

Feeling a childlike excitement begin to bubble within you.

As you get close you stop and listen.

It's as if the trees of this forest are talking to you.

They are.

They are welcoming you.

Feeling a sense of great joy and anticipation you enter and instantly feel the magic of this beautiful place.

It's like entering another world and you are.

A world where all live in complete harmony with one another.

As you look around it's as though everything has a radiance about it.

Everything here is so healthy and vibrant and you notice that you too feel more alive and energized and you have only just entered.

With a big smile on your face you begin to walk along the path feeling such joy absorbing all of its magnificence.

The colors and fragrances from the many flowers and bushes that fill the forest.

The sounds of the birds and the wind as it gently blows through the trees creating dancing shadows as the sunlight filters through.

After a while you come to what looks like an entrance to a cave.

All around the entrance are climbing roses soft pale pink in color emanating the most beautiful fragrance.

Instinctively you go up to one and putting your nose to it breathe in taking in its magical essence deep into your being feeling yourself light up.

The saying stop and smell the roses comes to mind and you realize how much you miss out by rushing around constantly on the go not giving yourself time to slow down to be still and absorb the beauty and gifts of this beautiful planet.

You thank the rose for reminding you and for its gift and beauty and can feel it respond your gratitude which makes your heart sing.

You look at the entrance to the cave and notice that the path seems to lead right into it and sensing how magical and beautiful this place is and trusting yourself you decide to follow your intuition and go in.

Just as you're about to an owl hoots and you look up to see it sitting in a branch directly above the entrance.

Hmm you say to yourself I wonder if he's a guardian of some sort.

You feel it is greeting you though and so thanking it you enter the cave.

You notice there are crystals embedded in the ceiling and walls that emit beautiful gentle soft lighting and you instantly feel a sense of deep peace.

You follow the path and eventually it leads to a door.

You stop and as you're contemplating what to do you hear come in dear one come in I've been waiting for you.

The voice is so soft and gentle and so full of love a smile from your heart emerges and you open the door with a childlike anticipation of who's in here.

You find yourself face to face with a very enchanting looking being.

She is wearing a beautiful simple gown that is made of gold thread with a feather shawl and has long hair that is braided with golden threads woven in.

She has almost a glow about her and as she looks at you you can feel her eyes penetrate you as if she knows everything about you.

She does.

It is a soft gentle look though that is filled with such pure love and you feel a warmth begin to radiate and find yourself smiling.

Hello my dear welcome.

Mr Wu my guardian of my home announced you had arrived which at that moment the owl silently flew in and landed on the back of a chair.

His eyes also look right through you.

I am so happy that you finally came she said.

It is time time for you to awaken to all that you are to your magnificence to the beauty and magic that are within you just waiting to be discovered and used.

You have such gifts to share with the world.

Who are you?

You ask with a smile.

She again looks lovingly into your eyes and says my name is Chiara.

I'm known as the guardian of the forest a guardian of the gateway to many other realms.

I share this beautiful place at one with all that live here.

We live in complete harmony with one another as you will notice more in a moment.

She motions to a chair and you go over and you notice a face at the top of the back of it.

It smiles and says come now and get comfortable.

You will find I mold to your body and sure enough as you sit you hear a gentle sigh and the chair conforms exactly to your body and immediately you feel totally relaxed and at ease.

I wonder what else is there to see you think and so you look around whilst Chiara sits and smiles able to read your thoughts.

You see a broomstick and look at Chiara.

She laughs and says yes it's magical but I don't need it to fly.

I can transport myself just by thinking where I want to go.

You can you say in total amazement.

Could I do that?

Of course we all can she says.

However you have to increase your vibration and hold it steady anchoring it in which is why you are here.

You will see.

You continue to look around and notice a golden cauldron that is bubbling away as if it's talking.

It is.

Again you look at Chiara and she laughs yes it too is magical and you are about to witness it.

She hands you an apple that she says is from the forest just picked before you arrived by the animals especially for you.

She says to bite into it take a piece and then give it back to her.

So you do and it's the most delicious apple you have ever tasted.

As you give it back to her she tells you that it now has your imprint on it your unique energetic signature and she puts it in the cauldron.

To your amazement it begins to speak telling her what she needs to add to create a special formula just for you.

You watch in awe as she takes a little bit of this and a little bit of that from many jars on a shelf.

With each sprinkle or drop the bubbling liquid sends up different colors of steam or sounds.

You find yourself completely spellbound and watch in pure delight.

When she is done she sits and watches and after a while it tells her that your special brew is now ready.

She takes a gold cup which just happens to have your name on it and fills it up.

Taste this she says with a smile handing it to you looking at you with her beautiful loving eyes.

You cautiously look into the cup and see a face smiling at you your face astonished you laugh out loud.

You look again and now see swirls of sparkling colors it smells divine and when you take a sip it tastes absolutely delicious.

You have never tasted anything like it.

As you feel it flow down into you things begin to happen.

You start to feel lighter more expanded and a deep sense of love joy and harmony that you've not experienced before begins to flow.

You close your eyes and feel yourself becoming pure light formless and in the most beautiful space.

Chiara tells you this special elixir is awakening you to natural higher levels that have been dormant and to just relax and allow the magic of the special love potion to flow through you feeling yourself come into complete sovereign alignment with who you truly are.

And so you do allow yourself to totally surrender open up and just be in this magical space.

You gently begin to find yourself coming back into Chiara's home.

You feel different so at peace and you look around you feeling a sense of oneness with everything.

You see a wolf lying contentedly in front of a glowing fire watching you.

You can feel its love and snuggled against the wolf you see a cat it too looking at you emanating that same love.

And then you see a tiny mouse lying contentedly between the cat's paws all of them in total harmony.

Your heart swells as you take in this beautiful scene.

Then your attention gets pulled to the fire and the flames acknowledge you.

And you suddenly realize that the elements are intelligence that everything is infinite intelligence just in different forms that everything is always communicating speaking to you.

You just have to be present and listen to what it has to say.

Chiara then shares the time has come for you to fully awaken to the divine truth of who you truly are and why you are here.

To awaken from the deep slumber that has been your way for centuries.

It is the dawn of the awakening into a new era called the Golden Age.

One where humanity comes together unites and lives in total harmony with not only each other but with all of creation.

Everything is interconnected.

Everything is part of a grand web and everything is intricately woven into this cosmic web.

Each plays a role in weaving this web through being the unique aspect of source that they are sharing the divine essence just by being.

Along with sharing that essence in many forms through their unique gifts and talents wisdom that they have brought with them at this incredible time in history.

All are playing a unique role in this transition of moving from one era into the next.

Each is an essential piece of the puzzle as all is interrelated.

All is part of the one source.

The divine essence that you are is pure unconditional love and it is the power of this love that is the key.

For this love comes directly from source from all that is so is who you are and knows no boundaries for it is infinite.

And it is this love that liberates and can create miracles.

And it is time for you to fully awaken now to this love.

You are like a diamond that has been covered by encrusted with thick layers of dirt.

You are like a sculpture that lies deep within the stone waiting for the perfect moment to reveal itself.

The time is now.

As the layers are dissolved through the power of this love,

As the stone is chipped away moment by moment,

As the trauma of all your souls experiences throughout the many lifetimes are transmuted through the power of this love,

You as the powerful being of pure light love that you are begin to shine.

The true essence of who you truly are begins to pulse,

Radiate out,

Getting stronger and stronger in each moment until you as the diamond,

As the sculpture,

Reveal yourself in all your glory,

Becoming a beacon of light,

Like a lighthouse just by being who you are.

As you awaken,

You notice you see things with new fresh eyes,

See things differently,

Your perception changes,

And you begin to access different realms,

Different dimensions,

All of this natural.

You have come here today to this magical place that is an actual fact,

Very real,

To accelerate your awakening.

Just by being here now,

You are expanding into deeper levels of self-awareness,

Awakening to your truth,

Naturally moving beyond the perceived limitations that come with this slumber.

The words I share are just for your mind as it inquires in order to feel safe,

For its main role has been to keep you safe during your sleepwalk.

As you explore these enchanting realms now awoken,

You will meet your long-lost friends,

Fairies,

Unicorns,

Dragons to name a few.

They all await you now to play again.

Play,

Dearest one,

Is an essential and natural part of life that most humans have forgotten.

Without it,

Life becomes mundane,

Heavy,

And lifeless.

To play is to feel alive,

Joyful,

Which is uplifting and energizing.

This is your natural way,

And the time has come to once again to play.

Life truly is magical when seen through the eyes of a child,

Your inner child.

You will now begin to do so once again.

Pay attention.

So,

My love,

It is time for you to leave now,

But do know you are welcome here any time.

My door is always open to you.

Go and sow the seeds of love,

Of joy,

Of play.

Let others see how magical life truly is by your example.

Do not underestimate the power of your love and the magic you can weave naturally.

It has been a great joy to have you here.

You have made my heart sing,

And I look forward to seeing you again soon.

So you gently stand,

Aware of feeling very different,

Much lighter and freer,

And you turn and thank the chair for being so comfortable.

It smiles and says,

I enjoyed it too,

With a little wink.

The wolf,

Cat,

Mouse,

And Mr.

Woo all look at you with such love that your heart sings.

Wow,

I love my life.

You go out of the door and begin to walk back along the path,

Feeling like you're gliding,

Feeling a depth of joy you have not experienced in a long,

Long time.

You come out of the cave,

And you are suddenly aware of the potency of the rose fragrance and realize that your senses have heightened with this magical experience.

You walk over and inhale deeply,

Feeling the essence of this beautiful flower flow through you like never before.

Thank you flows from your heart,

And now you can feel the connection with this being so strongly and reminded of Chiara's words,

That we are all connected,

Come from the same source,

That this is all natural.

You make your way along the path,

Noticing the radiance is even brighter.

You stop and soften your focus and see the energy field of everything and how it gently pulsates,

And you realize how everything is always in motion,

Even though it may appear to be still.

Everything has a rhythm,

And that you too have one,

And it reminds you of your quest to follow your own unique rhythm,

To follow your heart.

Wow.

Life truly is magical and really does reveal everything we need to know if we just allow ourselves to slow down,

Stop and pay attention.

You then continue back to the edge of this magical,

Magnificent place in total awe and turn and again thank all,

Promising to return soon.

As you walk back to where you started,

You know you've changed,

And so has your life,

And a feeling of such joy flows through you.

You see things differently,

You feel everything differently.

You feel the connectedness to all that is.

What a feeling.

You close your eyes and remember a beautiful Chiara and her words of wisdom.

Now keeping those feelings of peace,

Joy and love that are you,

Allow me to gently bring you back as I count from one to ten,

Bring you back to this reality,

To this moment.

One,

Two,

Start to become aware of your body,

Just noticing it.

Aware of your breath,

Aware of how you're feeling.

Come aware of your clothes against your skin.

Come back to your body,

Begin to breathe more deeply,

Grounding yourself fully and completely back here now.

Begin to move your toes,

Fingers,

Stretch your body,

And open your eyes only when you feel ready to do so.

And then continue on your journey,

Noticing the shifts that have taken place and how your perception has changed.
