The Eternal Flame is a guided meditation where the listener is taken into a deeply relaxed space and then follows the glow of the Eternal Flame contained with the heart centre, all around the body and then throughout their entire energy field. It brings about deep inner peace, releasing fear, anxiety, stress and many have been known to fall asleep within minutes of it beginning. It is just over 20 minutes long with 20 minutes music after in case a person is going to sleep with it. I first began to create guided meditations many years ago, due to my inability to quiet my mind, so going on journeys in nature. I soon found out that many also felt the same. So began my journey of creating them and have to share to this day remains my greatest success. I have sold out of thousands over the past 15 years and the testimonials i received have been truly humbling. Transcript

Get yourself comfortable and then close your eyes.

Now bring your attention to your breathing without changing anything,

Just observe.

Notice how you are feeling,

How your body is feeling.

Now shift your attention to sounds you hear around you,

Outside of you,

Beginning with the ones that stand out,

And now to the more subtle ones.

Now bring your attention back to your body,

Feeling the surface that you are sitting or lying on,

Feeling your clothes against your skin,

And come back to your breath,

Noticing as you breathe in the air is cool as it flows in through your nose,

And then how it is warmer as you breathe out.

Now together let's take three long slow deep breaths,

As deep as you can,

From your belly or abdomen,

And as you breathe out allow yourself to let go,

To begin to fully relax,

Releasing all tension and being fully present here now.

Ready?

Deep breath in,

And out,

And in,

And out.

Once more,

In,

And out.

Now go back to your regular breathing and notice how you feel.

Now bring your awareness to your chest,

Your heart center,

And notice that there is a tiny golden light flickering in the center of it.

This is the eternal flame that comes directly from source.

It is and has always been there,

Always will be,

And this source light,

Though gentle,

Is very powerful and can transmute anything that is non-beneficial.

As you keep your attention on it,

The eternal flame feels you tuning into it,

And starts to get stronger and brighter,

And begins to radiate a soft golden glow.

We are going to follow that glow as it makes its way throughout your energetic body,

Clearing away anything that is in your way of awakening,

Remembering fully who you are,

And living the life you came here to live,

Along with also strengthening your energy field and increasing your light quota,

Which in turn activates new levels of awareness.

Notice what happens as this takes place,

As we follow the glow,

Just observing,

Not trying.

You may see things,

Sense things,

Feel things,

Just observe.

So watch as the glow begins to gently flow up into your neck,

Then into your head,

Filling it with this golden,

Gentle,

Yet powerful energy,

Flowing into every cell,

Every nook and cranny,

Until your whole head is radiating,

Pulsing with this soft glow.

Now bring your attention back to your heart center and follow it as it now flows along your shoulder,

First your left,

Flowing down your arm and into your hand,

And then along your fingers right to the tips,

Again filling the entire area with its light.

Notice if there's a difference between the left and the right side now.

Now bring your attention back to your neck and observe,

Feel as it makes its way across your right shoulder and down your right arm,

Into your hand,

And again along each finger.

Now bring your awareness back to your chest and follow the energy as it now flows throughout your whole chest and upper back,

Flowing into your heart,

Into your lungs,

And now down into your abdominal area,

Flowing into every organ,

Again lighting up every single cell,

Flowing down into your belly,

And your lower back,

And into your pelvic area,

Until the entire area of your body is lit up.

Feel the gentle warmth of this energy as it flows.

So follow it now as it begins to move down your left leg,

Flowing like a gentle river,

Relaxing all the muscles as it does so,

Flowing through your knee,

Releasing any blocks that may be there,

Flowing down into your foot,

And along each toe right to the end.

Again take a moment and see if you can feel a difference between your left leg and your right leg.

Bring your attention back now to your belly pelvic area and watch,

Feel as it now begins to flow down your right leg,

Again relaxing all the muscles,

Flowing into every single cell,

Flowing through your knee,

Transmuting any blocks that may be there,

Down into your lower leg,

And into your foot,

Filling the whole foot and continuing on down each toe.

And so now this energy flows throughout your entire physical body,

And as it does so it also flows into all your body's systems,

Your lymphatic system,

Cardiovascular system,

Respiratory,

Digestive,

Immune,

Endocrine system,

Excretory system,

Nervous system,

Assisting them all and bringing your entire body into harmony.

Now observe as this beautiful golden energy expands into your energetic subtle bodies,

The etheric just outside your physical,

And then your emotional body,

Gently pulsing through,

Your mental body,

And your spiritual body.

As this energy flows,

It also does so through all your meridians and energy centers until your entire energetic field or aura is infused and gently pulsing with this pure golden source light,

Culminating into a beautiful,

Powerful golden sphere around you,

Your boundary,

Your shield.

And you can strengthen your shield at any time by taking a deep breath in and releasing in a strong,

Blowing sound,

Imagining the energy instantly blasting out in all directions to the edge of your shield.

Now just relax for a couple of minutes in your golden sphere,

Being aware of how light and peaceful you feel,

Totally free.

And now just relax for a couple of minutes in your golden sphere,

Being aware of how light and peaceful you feel,

Totally free.

And now just relax for a couple of minutes in your golden sphere,

Being aware of how light and peaceful you feel,

Totally free.

And now just relax for a couple of minutes in your golden sphere,

Being aware of how light and peaceful you feel,

Totally free.

And now just relax for a couple of minutes in your golden sphere,

Being aware of how light and peaceful you feel,

Totally free.

Begin to gently bring yourself back now,

Feeling into your physical body,

Noticing how relaxed and at ease you are,

Feeling your energy flow freely.

This is your natural way,

And the more you practice this,

The more this will once again become so.

Now bring your attention to your breathing,

Just observing,

Noticing how calm it is.

Again,

This is your natural way.

Notice how relaxed your body is.

Notice the surface you are sitting or lying on.

Feel your clothes against your skin.

Start to become aware of the sounds around you.

Now begin to breathe more deeply,

Stretching out your body as you do so.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes and continue on your journey feeling lighter,

Stronger,

Freer.

Feeling the love that you are flowing through you.

Feeling so much more at ease and joyful,

Knowing that this is your natural way.

NamastΓ©. This is a beautiful journey. I seem to struggle with maintaining the flow somewhere in my right arm. I can sort of pick it up again in my torso then find the legs hard. Any suggestions would be welcome. I am going to keep trying to use this every 2-3 days. It’s happened the same way twice. I wonder if there are particular areas of energy blockage that are harder to get through or if it’s just my weak visual imagination, or some combination.
